A: HOT water rinse for both water tanks, nose valve and top of the pump unit then towl dry all exposed parts. About 2-3 minutes.

Worth every penny. I struggled with sinus pain infections for years, and my only way to get over it was antibiotics. Navage literally changed my life. The negative reviews are most likely lack of knowledge or user errors. This thing works, and I cared to share that because it changed my life and will probably do same for others.

I spent an hour trying to get this to work. Even went out and purchased new batteries because the manufacturer said the ones in the box were probably dead. Nope. Turns out the entire product is dead. My streak of Target selling me defective items continues.

This is the worst purchase I’ve made in years. What a ripoff. The design is completely built around making sure you must use their pods, fine, but that design makes it so infuriating to use. It just doesn’t work.

I used it maybe 3 times and it began to leak and the on button wouldn’t work. I didn’t save the packaging because I thought it was fine. So now I’m out $99. Going back to my Neilmed squeeze bottle. It works just as well.

Usually don’t write reviews but I fully attribute this is getting me over my cold faster and I will be using it for allergies as well. The relief you feel after using it is incredible and immediate . Also most viruses live in the nose so doing this even when not sick will prevent that.

I’ve been using the disposable nasal saline bottles for years now. They’re convenient and work alright, but if you’re heavily congested it just doesn’t do the job. I’d tried a netti pot in the past but it was messy and gravity just wasn’t enough to get through my sinus congestion and out the other nostril. This unit does the job, and it’s pretty satisfying to actually see all the mucous that gets flushed out. My only issue is with the cleaning. You just use soap and water, but you have to do it after every use and then let it dry before using it again. So you can’t use it in the morning and clean it later if you want to be able to use it again at night. You also have to be careful not to get the bottom wet because it can get into the battery compartment, but this is extremely difficult to do as there’s a drain on the bottom you have to flush out. The whole process of using and cleaning takes maybe 10-15 minutes, which is longer than I’d like. I wish you could use it at least twice in a day before cleaning.

Purchased not knowing you have to buy their salt pods which is ridiculous. Spending $200 a year just for salt is a racket. I don't like the idea that you have all the nasty stuff that comes out of your nose going into a chamber that needs to be cleaned concerned about cross contamination. This seems like a giant marketing scheme or my pillow campaign ended up buying another brand

Ive only used it once and I never write reviews but this thing is amazing. I’ve been using a neti pot for years, but always feel like I’m still a little congested after because the saline gets left in my sinuses. What came out of my nose with this was disgusting but I can breathe

This has been the best thing to use for a sinus infection while breastfeeding. I get sinusitis and don’t want to take medication currently. This clears me out! I do it once in the morning and once in the evening, switching the direction of the water flow each time. Yes, you have to continually buy the saltpods, but they work better than traditional saline.

Like: easy to use and clean, effective, and the results are great. I’d post pictures but it’s disgusting what this thing sucks out. This saves me a lot of time compared to a neti pot. Dislike: having to rely on the salt pods.

Allergies suck, especially in Texas. I get really bad allergies at least 4 times a year here and this thing comes in clutch. When I tell you I could not breathe from my nose I thought a doctor was going to have to do something about it. Until I got this amazing little machine. I have had it know for over a year and I would be miserable without it. If you or someone in your family get stuffy sinuses very easily. This is definitely something you want to spend the money on. It is well worth it. And remember the first time you use it make sure you keep your mouth open and breathe through your mouth. Otherwise, you will choke and it will burn. Saltwater is not fun to choke on trust me.
