Try Them For Yourself
I really wouldn’t listen to the reviews on here. Everyone is different when taking any sort of medication or supplement. There are other factors that can affect the way medications and supplements are absorbed and metabolized. I have always had a hard time falling and staying asleep. For me, these did work by helping me fall asleep quickly. I still toss and turn, but not as much after taking these. It’s good sleep, not the horrible half asleep/half awake sleep. I take them around 10:30/10:45pm and I wake up at 6:30/6:45 and yes I am a little groggy. I don’t like feeling groggy in the morning, but it’s not horrible enough for me not to take these gummies to get a few hours of good sleep. My grogginess subsides 30/40 mins after I wake up. The effects hit me pretty soon after I take them. By the time I eat them and brush my teeth I already feel a little calm/sleepy. If you’re interested in trying these, buy the small pack and try them out.

I bought the smaller pack to try out first before spending $30 on a bottle and glad I did. These did nothing for my sleep. I was constantly waking up in the middle of the night and for the week that I used them, I felt very sleep deprived and was tired throughout the day. Will not be buying the full size. Makes me weary about their other products as well.

Tried these because so many people were raving about them. The first night, I followed the directions and did feel calmer, though I might have just been tired. I still woke up several times, but eventually went back to asleep. I gave them another try on a different night and had a similar experience. Not a very restful sleep, and I actually felt groggy the next day. Will not give them a third try.

fall asleep fast but with sideeffects.
They did help me fall asleep fast as I have trouble doing so. BUT i would wake up several times in the night which is not usual for me AND i had terrible nightmares also not usual. so they do help you fall asleep quick but does let you sleep peacefully or all the way through the night.

These are a scam lol it’s literally just melatonin that is jacked up in price. Y’all need to read ingredients before buying stuff. 5mg of melatonin in each serving, enough to knock anyone out. you can get a bottle of a ton of melatonin pills for half the price of this “7 day supply”.

Do not work.
I bought these to test them out, having experience with many different types of melatonin that were mostly negative. But these, these take the cake for the worst. Everytime I took these, I would wake up between the hours of three and seven in the morning, not rested, still exhausted and yet somehow restless, leading to me tossing and turning until I went back to sleep to wake up again every hour. These also made me so unbelievably nauseous that while being restless and tossing and turning, it made me feel like I was minutes away from throwing up. Don't buy these.

I tried this trial/travel pack before committing to the bottle cause I was afraid that all the influencer reviews were fake. The serving size says 2 but I only need 1 to knock out. So far these gummies appear to be doing a better job of helping me sleep at night. Time will tell. I'm super disappointed. These gummies aren't cheap. There is supposed to be a "7 day supply" and as a recommended dose of 2 per night, there should be 14 gummies in the bag. There are 11. I can understand being short 1 but 3! Do better lemme!!
