A: i wouldn’t say so, these are also pretty high in sugar content, so i don’t recommend that for weight loss.

Made symptoms worse
I had high hopes for these but after trying to take them three separate times they made me feel worse. I tried taking just a couple after eating, and instead of helping with i defection and bloating, they made it so much worse. At one point I couldn’t stop hiccuping and burping for several hours after taking them. The third and last time I tried to take these, my stomach hurt terribly and I began to feel nauseous. If you want to introduce apple cider vinegar into your digestive routine, you’re better off using actual apple cider vinegar, not these gummies. There’s something not right about these.

Very misleading label. The bottle I received does not match the label in the ad at all. The bottle I got has added sugars. Serving size is 2 gummies. Mine has more sodium, calories and you are supposed to take 6 gummies per day. Will not buy again.
