I lost 60 pounds using brags cider vinegar and exercise. I thought I’d try these because to avoid the shots. I have had such bad gas! It’s all day long regardless of what I eat. I also have very noisy bathroom trips that can be so embarrassing like I’m ill but I am not. I don’t think I will purchase these again unless something magical happens

Thought I would give this pill a try instead of taking liquid shots per day. I didn’t feel any difference and it gave me real bad stomach pains almost like craps. I tried drinking more water but that didn’t even help. Once I stopped taking these the craps went away so I knew it was these pills. I wouldn’t recommend them. Didn’t see or feel any difference.

I use to take a ACV shot every morning, which can be tough to choke down. I travel frequently and definitely felt sluggish when I didn't take my ACV shot. I bought some pills and feel that I get the same effect. It definitely curves my appetite and gives me PLENTY of energy. My husband noticed the change and started taking them and feels the exact same way. I don't feel they are hard to swallow. Not much different than any other pill, I've seen some reviews stating they are so hard to swallow. I disagree. And the taste is nothing really. It's definitely much easier to take than an actual ACV shot.
