A Little Capsule with Big Benefits
There are many benefits of taking an Omega 3 supplement: heart health, brain health, reduces inflammation and may decrease anxiety & depression; plus more. The Ritual Omega 3 is top tier. I especially like the lemon essence (much better than the mint in my daily Women 50+ vitamins). Simply put, I feel I'm doing the best I can for my body by taking Ritual vitamins/supplements.

I've used the Omega-3 DHA and EPA since the product launched, and I love it! It was challenging for me to find a high-quality vegan omega-3 supplement, and since I was already a long-time Ritual user (I've used the women's multivitamin, prenatal, and postnatal), I trusted that it was likely a great product. I was already on the lookout for an omega-3, as well, because I had switched to a vegan diet a few months prior and needed more omega 3 than I was getting from my diet. Notably, I haven't experienced any stomach upset or adverse effects from this, and I've been able to take it with or without food with ease.

Super Fishy
I couldn’t even take them they taste so bad and continue to leave the worst taste in your mouth, the minty essence is nice but it doesn’t help much. Gross.

Hi there! Our vegan algal oil can cause that smell/taste. Though many omega-3 oils go through a deodorization process, it’s tough to get rid of that fishy scent entirely. We'd suggest taking them at night to see if that helps. Please keep us posted! 💛

Weird bergamot scent and fishy burps
I’m not loving the bergamot/lemongrass scent nor the fishy burps. I also thought it was a soft gel capsule but it is a regular hard shell pill.

Super easy to swallow
I have struggled to find a fish oil supplement that is easy to swallow. Any of the brands from the grocery store I've tried have all been much too big for me to swallow comfortably. Will definitely be making this my go-to fish oil supplement from now on!

Great vitamin but wish they had a different flavor
The vitamin is excellent, no complaints but I wish the pill was smaller and had a mint flavor. The citrus has a strong odor that isn’t comparable with the mint flavor prenatals multivitamin

Amazing Supplement
As a vegan I wanted a natural omega supplement, I started taking the Ritual brand about 10 months ago. I had been feeling arthritis creeping in the knees and suffered from leg cramps .. these omegas have taken this all away ! It took me about 2 bottles in to feel the full effect but I couldnt be happier, Ritual is a high quality company and I recommend them highly to all my friends! ( the protein powde is fab too ! )

Tastes good

The only flavor you taste is lemon, which is awesome for this type of vitamin. I also like how the packaging says minimal burp back, it just makes me laugh
