Q: Should I be taking this with my Ritual prenatal? (Aka 4 pills each morning?) I want to make sure I understand how the supplement works and not taking too much/too little!

    Love the lemon flavor!

    I’ve been taking these vitamins for over a year while TTC and now while pregnant. I love that there’s a lemon flavor! It makes it a bit easier when the first trimester nausea is hitting. Would definitely recommend!

    Gross flavor

    The amount of choline is great but the taste is absolutely foul. I removed the “essence” stick as soon as I could see it but the damage was done. These are so gross. I stomached through the bottle due to cost but switched to a flavorless alternative.

    It’s great !

    I really trust Ritual during my pregnancy. I been taking these my whole pregnancy and now I’m in my third trimester. I gave it a 4 star because sometimes depending on the bottle the flavor is stronger than other times.

    Worth it!

    Second use / pregnancy. I notice taking it earlier in the day is best for sleep quality. I tend to take 1 at a time because my 1st trimester nausea.

    Recommend for pre and postnatal

    This has been a great supplement to both my prenatal vitamin before having a baby and my postnatal vitamin after. I was not getting quite enough choline in my regular diet, so I was glad to have this option through Ritual.

    Natal choline

    I started taking the Ritual line of products consistently (everyday actually) for two years prior to starting my family, and it was one of the best decisions I could have made for my maternal health and for the health of my sweet baby. I especially loved the natal choline per the benefits it provided. I stand by this product! It's amazing!

    Natal choline review

    This brand and choline was recommended to me by my OB GYN. I have heard a lot about pregnancy brain but I have not experienced this yet and perhaps choline is to be considered. I like the recycle ability of the container as well. Not observed any adverse symptoms for my gut either.

    Choline

    I have really enjoyed taking the choline throughout this pregnancy. I have zero for sure correlations, but I think it’s really impacted her brain positively. She is super alert, she looks directly in our eyes and is just very interactive. I personally feel the choline impacted her brain development positively and am so happy I heard about the recommendation to take it. I heard it’s good in first trimester (esp. recommended then but also ok to take whole time), but I’ve been taking throughout pregnancy with just a few skipped days if I used all the bottle. They also just feel exciting to take with vitamins in the morning, and it was just a special part of my morning almost always being the same routine waking me up. They taste good too!

    Perfect Partner to the Prenatal

    As a first time (soon to be) mom, I did a lot of research into what prenatal and supplements my growing baby needed. I quickly discovered prenatals typically don’t have enough choline recommended for brain development. I was so pleased to see Ritual recently added a choline supplement to their line up. I’ve been taking with my prenatal every morning and am less stressed about trying to fit enough choline in my diet (4 eggs is a lot!). The pills are easy to swallow along with my prenatal. I’m a big fan of Ritual’s ingredient transparency!

    Love the choline!

    I am so happy with Ritual’s Choline. I also take Ritual’s prenatal, so I like that the ingredients are designed to work together. The capsules are tasty, don’t upset my stomach, and generally live up to their name as taking them a part of my morning ritual. Choline is so important during TTC and pregnancy, I knew when I decided to add it I wanted to use the same brand as my prenatal. This supplement gives me peace of mind without adding fillers. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to ad choline to their ttc/ pregnancy supplements.

    Postnatal Use

    I'm breastfeeding and I started taking it a month ago to help prevent clogged (inflamed) milk ducts since I read choline is better for your gut than sunflower lecithin. So far I haven't had any clogs and will continue to take while breastfeeding.

    Not too much to say other than really great affordable choline product. I say affordable due to the price for a good, clean, traceable product. I also really love that they can come with a lemony or minty essence. I haven’t tried the mint yet but I really enjoy the citrus. Probably for my next order I’ll try the mint. Highly recommend giving it a try!
