This came highly recommended when I got a clog. It helped the clog but reduced my milk supply significantly. I would only recommend if you have a freezer stash or have no problem with using formula to supplement. I will continue to use it just to use it when needed but will not do the recommended daily maintenance.

I've been dealing with blocked milk ducts for 4 months and was on my second round of mastitis and got these out of desperation. I took four the first two days as directed and do think they helped loosen up the blockages but did not work like magic for me like they seem to for some other people. They also seem to have made my baby gassy. I plan to keep them on hand since they are definitely worth not having to go on antibiotics again, but I will not be taking them daily.

This is my second child second breast-feeding journey, first breast-feeding journey. I got clogged ducks a lot and did not know this until the end. This truly works the second go round breast-feeding journey with clogged ducks has been so amazing. Definitely would recommend.

I have an over supply of milk and it was recommended to me to take this to help prevent a clogged duct. Sure enough, I felt a clogged duct coming in before my sunflower lecithin arrived. I started taking it right away and the clogged duct was gone within 24 hours.

I tried this, giving it 30 days to work and it didn’t do anything. I took more when I had clogged ducts and really hoped it would work for maintenance but it is honestly a gimmick. Don’t waste your money!

I developed mastitis with my first and I took this throughout my BF. Now with my second I've been taking it because I become so engorged with lumps producing more than he can eat. This with pumping and regular feeds have helped tremendously! I recommend this to anyone with encouraged anyone in same boat.

I take at least one a day. Have never had an issue (2nd baby). With my first, I didn't even know about it until I had a problem. Then I was gifted them and the clog cleared up. Never had an issue again.
