I love that after a couple days of a clogged duct, it went away within a few hours! I had all the signs of mastitis on Saturday. Got this on Monday and started taking it, kept feeding on side of clog, it has now gotten 90% better. Definitely recommend!

After reading many reviews I’m a little frustrated for the mommies who had adverse reactions. Fortunately for me it took me from 45 min/4-5ML to 10ML after 2 capsules and 20ML after two more. I am a NICU mom so it was important I got my milk flowing so I didn’t have to rely on donor milk. I will say I think it’s important to eat a decent meal before taking, and drinking a lot of water before pumping/feeding. I give myself a few (4-5) hours after before trying to pump. I would recommend. 4 stars because I can’t be certain that my baby girl is not having any discomfort but there has been no significant changes since.

The Breast Decision
This is one of the best supplements and I can’t recommend it enough! Personally it has helped me get through several bouts of inflammation before it escalates to mastitis and helps prevent future instances. I take at least 2 a day as part of my routine and will take 4 a day when I have inflammation until it subsides. I have also had two lactation consultants recommend this product to me too- it works!

Super Helpful for an Oversupplier
These came in super handy when I became an oversupplier after triple feeding our LO from birth. I started feeling the beginnings of clogs and engorgement almost everyday until I started these, first for immediate relief and then I continued on their maintenance dose after that "just in case". Didn't have another issue after that. :) Would recommend.

Unclogged my bleb or clogged duct!
Hi ladies!!!! This stuff works! I had a clogged duct that was getting worse after trying everything to get rid of it. I taped to multiple people who had clogged ducts and called a lactation specialist and they told me this should work without reducing my breast milk flow/amount. I was soooo happy to hear that so I wanted to try. Took a couple days to show improvement but it quit hurting when it was brushed up against or when feed on. Warning, the pill is quite long and big and you really gotta gulp it down.

This is my first recommendation for anyone who is prone to clogged ducts! It was recommended to me with my first baby as a remedy for a persistent clogged duct, and I took 1 daily with my second baby as a preventative and never got a clog. Now taking it daily with my third baby and no clogs so far at 3.5 months!

A miracle!
If you have a severe clogged milk duct, buy this! I had one of the worst ones with a fever, body aches, and sweats. Nursing was super painful. I was taking ibuprofen, applying heat and massaging the affected area, but it wasn’t helping. I added these into my care routine, and by the next morning I felt significantly better with way less pain. 24 hours later I felt 100% better. I’m prone to clogged milk ducts (like every couple weeks), so I take 2 a day to maintain, and I haven’t had another one since!
