It helps with milk supply!
It definitely help me increase my milk supply, it does have a taste, it’s not to bad though. It’s worth the buy though. I mix it with my smoothies every morning & I have notice an increase.

Actually helps increase your supply
I mix this with my coffee every morning and definitely see an increase! I can't taste it at all, especially in coffee or my protein shakes. No side effects for me or baby either. I bought back up bags just so I always have it on hand!

Was scared how it was going to taste but if you mix it in shaker bottle with milk and vanilla not bad! Haven't seen a major difference in supply yet but it's only been a week.

Not sure…but not bad either
I don't honestly know if this worked or not. I was able to take it consistently for a week or so and then missed a few days. My milk supply hasn't increased though.

Worth it
So adding this to my morning coffee was king of gross and the flavor was too strong. But I made the recipes from their recipe guide and they were actually pretty good! Especially the protein shakes! Super great in the mornings and it's given me a 1-2 oz increase per side !

It's good
It has a yeasty taste but that depends a lot on where you put and how much you put. I can't taste it in smoothies but I can in oatmeal. I don't mind it that much since it helps with milk production. I also love the fact that I got a free recipe ebook too!

I did not take any supplements with my first and was a “just enough†supplier so it took a while to build a freezer stash. With my second, I started taking this brewers yeast powder every morning as soon as we got home from the hospital and it has helped boost my supply. I wouldnt say Im an over-supplier, but I have been able to produce a lot more this time around which has allowed me to build a freezer stash sooner with the extra ounces. At first I would put it in my morning coffee, but the taste is not the best so I started putting it into a shake instead and that works much better for me. I would recommend trying it!

Finally was able to purchase just found it at my local walma
Just started using this today like just now finished a bowl of cereal with it. I was ranging anywhere from 3-4 oz before my tubal ligation in Dec. since then my supply drastically dropped (only droplets. In three days of hand expressing I only have 10ml) I will post updates for the next few days to see how we progress. I love the legendary liquid gold pills and they definitely helped. I got the pump princess pills this time around along with the brewers yeast as we may solely be pumping if baby girl continues to bite while nursing.

Best tasting
After trying other brands brewers yeast, this one takes the cake. Its so mild compared to other brands. The bitterness isnt there. Its so easy to mix into oatmeal or make little lactation cookies with. I really do feel that when I have a couple of my lactation cookies each day that my leoducting
