I never write reviews, but I was down bad with full on mastitis. The idea of having to take an antibiotic for 2 weeks 4 pills a day to get rid of it was not sounding good to me so I found a lot of women saying this was great. Let me tell ya, going from full on mastitis with flu symptoms chills body aches etc I took 3 pills for an entire day before trying the antibiotic and I saw improvement immediately. After 2 more pills (5 total) symptoms were completely gone!! I am so grateful for taking a more natural route and how quickly it cleared. Definitely recommend!! I saw some reviews with stomach issues, I didn’t have any and neither did my 11 month old.

Allergic Reaction
I had my third clogged duct in a month and took this supplement on my OB/GYN’s recommendation. It worked well, but I experienced a severe allergic reaction, and my little one started spitting up more than usual and seemed to have an upset tummy. While these supplements are effective, they’re just not the right fit for us.

I was very skeptical about this product working. I decided to order because of course when you have a clogged duct, you get desperate. I’ve used this product 3 times now and it works within such a short time of taking. It’s quite insane how well it works. I clearly have other issues but a clogged duct is not one!

it works!
I was having really bad painful blockages for over a month. I would manually have to squeeze and drain myself, hot packs, ice packs, pumping did not help. my blocks would stay for days and when they were finally drained after difficult methods they would come back every few days. it was getting to the point where I thought of stopping breastfeeding because I was in constant pain and bruised. my nurse recommended sunflower lecithin so I decided to try this brand. I took 4x a day and after 24 hrs the block started loosening and I was able to get ALL the milk out. the relief was amazing and I was shocked. I am still taking it religiously and plan on doing so until I stop breastfeeding all together. anytime I have a block I just up my frequency and take 4x a day. when blocks are gone I go down to 2-3pills a day. the pills are very massive but its worth it. Just be careful swallowing and drink lots of water before and after taking the pill. the pill went down sideways once and it was uncomfortable. I just pounded water to get the pill to move down my throat. other than that its a miracle pill for blockages.

I loved that these fixed my milk bleb issue and cleared that pore, so I kept taking it hoping to be preventative but I had to do 4 stars only because it had caused my 5 week old discomfort I’ve realized. She has been very fussy which I thought was due to her tongue tie correction but finally realized last night when she cried before her poop and then today when her poops came out seedy but green and she seemed to strain and complain afterwards. I did some research and found several mothers have similar issues which is why I guess they say some babies have digestive issues. I’m going to keep the bottle incase I need it for emergency and I’m very grateful it worked but bummed it bothered my baby so much

It's a Trade Off
This came highly recommended when I got a clog. It helped the clog but reduced my milk supply significantly. I would only recommend if you have a freezer stash or have no problem with using formula to supplement. I will continue to use it just to use it when needed but will not do the recommended daily maintenance.

Helpful but not magic, gassy baby
I've been dealing with blocked milk ducts for 4 months and was on my second round of mastitis and got these out of desperation. I took four the first two days as directed and do think they helped loosen up the blockages but did not work like magic for me like they seem to for some other people. They also seem to have made my baby gassy. I plan to keep them on hand since they are definitely worth not having to go on antibiotics again, but I will not be taking them daily.

It truly works!
This is my second child second breast-feeding journey, first breast-feeding journey. I got clogged ducks a lot and did not know this until the end. This truly works the second go round breast-feeding journey with clogged ducks has been so amazing. Definitely would recommend.
