We all have unique health histories and react differently to herbs, so personal results may vary. Our supplement ingredients are all organic and our products do not contain any fillers. They do, however, contain herbs that may be different than what you and your baby are used to, so following up with your healthcare provider and reviewing the ingredients with them is highly recommended if you have any concerns. For reference, Liquid Gold contains organic goat’s rue (herb), organic milk thistle (seed), organic shatavari (root), organic fennel (seed), organic alfalfa (leaf), and organic anise (seed) in an organic vegetable capsule. We have also had many parents report that starting with a lower dosage can help build a tolerance to the herbs. Some gassiness in babies is to be expected with their immature digestive systems, and will fade as they grow. In rare occasions, a food sensitivity can also be the culprit. A: Out of an abundance of caution, we don't recommend taking Liquid Gold while pregnant. Cash Cow however, can be taken after 36 weeks of pregnancy. Be Legendairy!

A: Hello! It really varies for each woman. Some women take our products as needed or for a short period. Others take them for several weeks/months or for the duration of their breastfeeding journey. They really worked for me. How ever you have to be ready to receive the milk when it comes in. My milk came in so fast and hard that it took me by surprise and one of my pumps went out. I ended up getting mastitis. You also have to drink ALOT of water. Or you get have problems with your bowl movements. Still rating 5 stars since it did up mu milk supply. It says to take 2 pills three times a day. I only do 1 since thats is enough for me.

True product in fact increased my supply . But made myself and my newborn extremely gassy.. my newborn has had bad gas and has been fussy .. I stopped taking it and I have to pump and dump my milk so that my baby can feel better 😭

I’ve been taking these for almost year now since my son was born. I’ve always had trouble producing enough milk. I still even have to substitute formula but these supplements are a life saver. I go one day without them and I produce nothing. I take these and can at least get a couple of ounces. I wish they didn’t cost as much but have to take them so it is what it is. Highly recommend.

Almost a month PP and I wanted to like these but they honestly DECREASED my supply. I went from pumping 8 oz in the morning to barely 4. I guess if you’re trying to stop breastfeeding/pumping and want to dry up your supply, these are perfect.

I feel compelled to share my own experience with these supplements. I cannot confirm whether my supply was dependent on these solely, however, my supply dipped (tremendously!) when I ran out of these. Sure it was my first week back to work (and my first week exclusively pumping), so I was not cluster feeding baby and I was not eating as much as I normally would. I tried to think of what else had changed to cause the dip, and I thought of these supplements. I went ahead and got a new bottle of these and took them and it seems like my supply went back up immediately. Again, there were many factors that could have contributed to the supply drop, but I do know that my supply went back up to normal after starting these again. Worth a try!

I bought this product in 2022 with and it increased my milk supply and baby was happy. I purchased it again 2024 after my new baby was born made her have terrible painnful stomach pains alot of gass I threw out the whole bottle I dont know why this time this happened DONT TAKE IF U NOTICE BABY BECOME EXTRA FUSSY CRYING AND GASSY!!! terrible product I dont know of they changed something in it but I never will buy AGAIN!!!

Worked wonders! I was reluctant to try another supplement because Pumping Princess gave my baby terrible gas as a newborn, but around 6 months I simply couldn’t keep up with his intake so I gave Legendairy Milk a second chance. This supplement didn’t give him any gas and increased each pumping session by around 2oz starting day 1! I would suggest getting the smaller sampler first and be mindful of any fussiness, but this one is a keeper :)

Im sure some people have had success with several of these. I’ve tried brewers yeast, flaxeed, lacatation cookies to increase supply due to only pumping 1-3 oz TOTAL per session. Unfortunately these did not help thus far, i was in the bathroom for at least 15 minutes with diarrhea an hour after taking these last night … I started off light with 1 a day, then 2 a day then 4 and my body could not tolerate 4 a day (2 in the morning , 2 before bed) Very concerning as thats what happened to me so how would my baby be feeling ? Will likely stop taking these unless i stick to just 2 a day as they were $20 (one in the morning and one at night). So far have not seen an increase in supply although I’m sure i lost at least 5 pounds last night …
