Medela Harmony Manual Breast Pump

I received a Medela breastpump when I gave birth which worked amazing 10/10 but then when I bought this one from the store it somehow didn’t work as good. Wasn’t worth the purchase.

I’ll give this a 3 because it’s great while it works, but I’ve purchase two and both just randomly stop working and everything I tried to fix them didn’t work.

37 weeks pregnant and wasn't leaking any milk but as soon as I started to use this pump I got a good amount of colostrum I recommend using it!! Definitely do a few pumps and hold and repeat that's what helped me!

Pumping as I write this! This little pump has been my favorite even over the medela double electric pumps and the Elvie stride. I have a heavy and fast letdown and it takes about 1 minute of pumping per ounce of milk. I love how easy this is to clean, how transportable it is, that I can hold my baby while using it. It’s been a great tool for me!

it worked amazing the first time but after the suction isn't as strong and I purchased 1 day ago!

The pump is easy to use and clean. I gave one star because the o ring broke after a few uses. I could not find the replacement parts in any store. I didn't have time to order online and wait. I ended up buying a new one. Manufacturer should provide extra o ring if they are so easy to break. Very disappointed :(

Worked great for a handful of times and then it broke. Would have loved for it to last longer.

Waste of time and money. I literally used it once and worked perfectly. I’m trying to use it again in the same exact day and no suction. Worthless, what is the point. Expensive for zero reasons.

Had this with my daughter in 2019 worked amazing, and went to buy again. Disappointed with design change, it doesn’t screw on as tightly to bottles and thus the suction is significantly less than prior design style. It takes longer for me to pump less compared to my old pump. Thankful so still have my original. Recommend people use a different brand.

Was working super well and then boom, one tiny gasket is missing in the handle parts and suddenly it’s useless. I used this occasionally for about 1 months before it became another waste of money. Frustrating to say the least.

I was recommended a hand pump several times when I first had my baby but felt so overwhelmed the first few weeks and attempted my machine pump several times. Although the machine can be useful I felt tied down to it, I needed to plug it in to use and it didn’t save any time. I went on a short trip where I was on the road for 3 hours and decided to invest in a hand pump. After lots of research I chose this one because of the flexibility of the hand pump in different positions and it had the least amount of parts to clean. Best. Purchase. Ever! When I anticipated my baby to wake up for a feed I would pump a few minutes before then while in the car! Just 10 mins and I had a small bottle ready for him at the next stop. It was soooo much easier and faster, saved time on our trip! Now I use it at home too over my machine pump! It’s fantastic!

Like others have mentioned… worked great for a handful of times. All of a sudden, there is no suction. I do NOT recommend this pump.

Love this pump, but I purchased yesterday in an emergency and it is missing the main component so I can’t use and apparently can’t return?

This is a total waste. I had my husband go and pick up this pump to use as I’m engorged with newbies unfortunately we wasted our giftcard as the suction stopped after 10 mins of use! I followed troubleshooting tips and still I could not get more than 1 oz out due to poor suction. Wish I could take this back

I use to love this pump and use it whenever I needed to pump while in the car going places, worked for a month and half until now. The suction doesn’t work anymore, the manual pump itself stopped and other reviews said this has happened to them too, the company knows about it too

I used this breast pump after my previous pregnancies and loved it. This one that I bought however either has a malfunction or the design has changed for the worse. The pump part that you push down falls off constantly, I remember it clicking in place in the past, this one just sits in there though so if I am walking with it and it tips upside down it will fall off. Very irritating.

Been through 3 of these and they all fail after 2 weeks of very easy use

i give it a two only because this pump leaks sooo much it’s so annoying. everytime i use it leaks!!! other than that the pump is great and works better than my electric pump. i’ve bought it more than once bc it works i just can’t get over all the wasted milk because it leaks

This is Great for the moms that want to pump quick to empty the reserves. I found it worked better for those moments when i was out and only have a few minutes and just needed to empty so i wasnt leaking all over the place. Also great if you are an over producer and have a hungry baby and just need to get her something! The nipples were the same as my electric pump. Beware that this can feel more pressurized than an electric pump!

So convoluted. I have a good supply, but these could not pull any milk after ten minutes of pumping. The company’s instruction videos were not helpful at all.
