Q: Can I wear them to sleep? I tend to wake up with leakage.

A: You can but they will most likely leak if you’re tossing and turning since there isn’t any suction for them. I would recommend wearing them when you’re in the upright position.
submitted byMo - 9 months agoA: The catch- all cups fit snugly inside a bra to catch leaking milk and letdowns while breastfeeding on the other side, in-between pumping and breastfeeding sessions, or overnight. You can wear the cups until full. You should not feed milk to your baby that has been collected over an extended period of time.

I really liked these when I first got them (baby born 7/12, writing this 8/25). Now, they leak almost every time I use them. At first I thought it was because I hadn't dried around the inside of the silicone well enough, but now they leak even when I do so.

These are my favorite collection cups for catching letdown at night. I side lie while feeding and these do not leak even when laying down. I will admit I did not like them at first because they leaked, but once I learned to make sure the silicone back lined up with the plastic front along the straight bottom edge of the product, the leaks stopped! I am so happy that I consistently caught letdowns since my baby was 1 week old. I was able to build up a small freezer stash for when I needed to introduce a bottle, without the added hassle of pumping.

God I hate these. I thought I’d use them as a backup to my Elvie catch cups, but they leak everywhere. I have a heavy letdown but also an underproducer, so losing milk more than once is devastating.

These are such a great idea and worked for the first two weeks. But with repeated use the seal doesn’t fit the same and they leak 9/10 times. I’ve lost so much milk and it’s extremely frustrating

Leaked a lot. I lost a lot of my milk. The way that it’s put together is fragile which to me is how it leaks. Nothing like this should be two pieces
