Q: How is the little flower stopper at keeping milk from leaking out? I have one but I want to get a new one with the stopper because it sucks when the milk spills 🥲

Q: How much milk does this hold? I see a lot of reviewers that are using it to catch letdown while nursing... is this practical to use discreetly on an airplane or will it over flow?

A: It holds about 3 oz. I would say it’s better for leaking or engorged breasts rather than a regular pumping session.

A: It suctions on and catches the leaking from the opposite side while you are nursing. I manual pump one side while this is auctioned to the other. Works well for me.

Target does not accept returns on this product and you have to directly work with the manufacturer. The product is poor quality and is not very functional. I would recommend to not go through the struggles I had and just avoid this company and product!

Must hsve if you're nursing and struggle with supply
It is super easy to use , the suction is very strong and does a great job collecting let down from the side your baby is not nursing from . I feel like my supply slightly increased since using it and it also allows me to collect more milk specially at nights . The only downside about this Hakaa model is that it tips easily . I would prefer if it came with a lot or a more stable base

Breastmilks best friend!
What would I do without my Haakaa! A Haakaa is so incredibly useful when you are nursing and can catch all the milk leaking out from your other breast. Nothing goes to waste. It is so easy to clean and dishwasher safe. It’s literally been a lifesaver for a breastfeeding mom.

So convenient and easy to clean!
I started using this when I felt my milk come in and breasts were engorged. I bought a manual breast pump, electric pump and a wearable pump. I ditched all the other pumps but this one. I got tired of washing and sterilizing the million little pieces and making sure my wearable pump was charged or I was near an outlet to plug my electric pump to. I still use my Elvie Catch for catching letdown when nursing, but I exclusively use the Haakaa to pump/express. I literally just suction the Haakaa on, watch tv and 15 mins later, I have about enough milk to feed my 6-week old for one session!

I like the fact that it is easy to use, and clean. I definitely prefer the Haakaa pump over a breast pump. It’s more of a natural suction rather than the mechanical ones. It’s soft, doesn’t hurt and it’s really good to catch all that liquid gold for baby. I wish these were available when I had my first two but I am lucky enough to try and use the pump for my third, and prefer this way more.

I found the haakaa pretty uncomfortable to use. It was hard to keep it in place while my baby nursed from the other side. But everyone is different so maybe it was just my anatomy! It does do the job on its own when I’m not nursing.

I Was So Tired of Always Leaking From The Other Breast When Feeding my Son. Everyone in My Breastfeeding Group Recommended This And I Wish i Had Bought it Sooner. Past me is jealous
My midwife called this the best innovation for breastfeeding in 30 years so I had to try it even though I already had a Spectra pump and have not responded well to pumping with my other three kids. This thing is amazing! I’ve always given up pumping after the first couple weeks postpartum during which I pump just to manage engorgement. But it is incredible to see how much milk would otherwise have been wasted by leaking or not letting down. In less than 8 hours I collected 6 ounces of milk while doing essentially nothing other than nursing as usual and for me that’s a lot. Very hands free, easy to use and clean.
