Feel it after a dose

Side Effects Outweighed My High Hopes
I had such high hopes to help with brain fog but instead it sent me to the bathroom for the next 24 hours every time I tried to take it. I researched to make sure it wasn’t just me and it’s absolutely a side effect.

Important to health
Choline does improve memory and is a benefit to an active life. Interesting fact my heart doctor tests for choline . My results were normal because of adding this supplement Cholline.

Hard to swallow
I’m sure this vitamin does the job for my pregnancy, but I dread taking it every night. It floats to the roof of my mouth making it hard to swallow. I make sure someone is around when taking this vitamin because I’m that scared of choking on it. Some nights it sits in my throat, so uncomfortable.

Best quality, high-potency choline for great focus
I have been buying choline for improved energy, memory, and focus for years. I've tried choline from so many brands and can say there is a big difference in quality. Some choline products work, and others don't. Some choline products smell horrible, and others have no odor. There are also different forms of choline bitartrate( L+ vs DL). Please stay away from DL. It's smelly and doesn't work. I assume this product is L+ because it doesn't smell bad and works. Nature Made choline is the most cost-efficient based on serving size. I recommend this for anyone who is looking for improved focus, especially those mommies with young ones, professionals, and college students looking for a competitive edge (I wish this product existed when I was a student at Northwestern University--Go 'Cats!)

Focus improving
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried these choline supplements for memory and attention help. They work well, but I struggle with taking 3 large pills at once. Problem solved by taking them 3 times a day rather than all at once. The bottle has 60 pills so that’s a twenty day supply, I wish I could find a larger supply. I do think they help, and as someone with ADHD, I appreciate any help I can get. My biggest issues are the dosage and bottle quantity, but they are truly worth the price and any small issues that I personally have with them. These supplements have helped me with day to day functioning.

Essential in your diet

I've only been taking them for a couple of weeks and so far, I do notice I'm a bit more clear headed and focused than usual. That alone is enough for me to keep taking these. I also seem to be a little less sore as my muscles are typically tensed up. I would definitely recommend these if you read up on choline and see all the benefits it has. I had no idea and now these are a part of my routine.

Are You Choline Deficient?
