    Horrible burps

    I appreciate the amount of choline in this prenatal and that this form of iron doesn’t upset my stomach. However, the burps from the algal oil is so foul. It helps if I take them right before I eat a meal but it’s still pretty bad. Choking these down until I finish the bottle, then switching to something else.

    Not a fan, unfortunately! I did so much research on the best all in one prenatal but the after burps feel/taste like you swalled gasoline. I even consumed these with food and alot of water- and even tried taking one separetly during the day but still had the same issue. I used the Megafood prenatals previously and I will go back to those after I finish this bottle. Any of these reviews that were collected as part of a promotion definietly didn't actually take the pill lol.

I love that it’s a prenatal with choline, folate, & DHA included all in one as I’ve had to previously shop for all of that individually making the price 3x more expensive. I don’t experience any nausea when I take these and I also appreciate that there is no taste to them or an after taste as some competing brands have. I will continue to choose these in comparison to other competitors as the price is affordable while still being third party tested.

    Folate levels were high
