A: Yes, it’s on the back of the bottle that it can be taken 1/2 tablet twice daily so you get the recommended daily dose.

Easy to take, Healthy baby & Mama!
I took these throughout my pregnancy. I was insanely sick with terrible food aversions. These still went down without a problem. My baby came 3.5 weeks early, but was happy and healthy. Perfect in every way and passed his APGAR with flying colors. I will continue these vitamins postpartum and with any future pregnancies. The only downside is needing a DHA supplement, which makes this a somewhat pricey 9 month investment. But it was worth it.

Loved these! Prefer them over Ritual or gummies. I struggled with HG and these still didn’t make me any more prone to vomiting. Of course I was already vomiting but these didn’t make me vomit any more than I already was. I actually found them to be quite tolerable. They have a good amount of each vitamin and mineral needed. I like the choline and methylated folate.

Everyone in the first trimester should purchase these. Every other prenatal I’ve taken requires a full stomach. If I forgot to take one during the day, I can take one of these before bed on a empty-ish stomach, and I still feel good.
