A: Hello! Thank you for your interest in our products. Due to our tablet matrix, DHA was not able to be added to our prenatal multis. For this reason, we created a separate product - DHA + Choline. Both ingredients support fetal brain development and was formulated to ensure that when taking it with your prenatal, you still fall well within the safe limits for choline. A: Yes! You can take the Baby & Me 2 Multivitamin Tablets before you get pregnant.

A: We purposefully leave out calcium (and magnesium) as those minerals, due to their large size, should be taken 2 hours away from your multivitamin. There is 15 mg of zinc in this formula which is considered to be 115% of the daily value. If you are uncertain whether a product is suitable for your needs, or you need advice on which combinations of products would be ok to use, please consult with your healthcare practitioner.
