I love prenatals year round to ensure my body is getting quality vitamin and minerals— when taken long term, I do have the best hair I’ve ever had. Great value (better than othe hair growth systems)

They don't stink or have a fishy aftertaste which is great because I don't eat fish or like the smell of it. They are also non gmo tested and 3rd party tested.

That’s common, but also they expand if you keep them near a window. (I keep all my supplements on my nightstand) I don’t like the taste. I mean it’s tasteless but if you have acid reflux you definitely belch up the fishy smell. I think it serves its purpose giving me the nutrients I need for baby. I actually will be purchasing more, I like the way I feel on this brand.
