    Less vitamins than the womens daily

    It is missing calcium and the amounts are way lower than their women’s daily vitamin. You may as well just take the women’s daily and fish oil separately.

    NO IRON

    Would never have purchased if I realized there was no iron in these. Kept wondering why my pregnancy hair was acting like postpartum hair until my OB told me to check if my prenatal had iron in it. Nope! Switched back to my usual prenatal and my hair is back in track.

    Finally, a vitamin for pregnant women that is cost effective, complete (folate, omega 3, and iodine) and doesn't taste absolutely foul!     Delicious way to get necessary vitamins!

    It took until after giving birth to find these and they are so good! I took all the standard pills but they were so fishy and disgusting.
