Q: How should this be administered to exclusively breastfed babies who don’t receive bottles?

A: I've heard from others that it's easiest to put a drop on your nipple before offering to baby at feeding time. Or if your baby takes a pacifier you could put a drop on it before giving to them.

A: Hello, We recommend not administering directly into baby's mouth for safety purposes; If the dropper has contact with baby's saliva, this could contaminate the rest of the product. Also, if the bottle is squeezed too hard, the product may come out quickly and this may startle baby and cause gagging or rejection of the supplement. If you do prefer to administer directly into baby's mouth, please do so with caution.

Easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has 400 IU of vitamin D. It is the only ingredient. This is in a dropper for ease of use. It has no taste. The value is great. You can mix this into anything or just apply to the mouth. Vitamin D has many benefits. It is great for bone health as well.

Easy to Administer Vitamin D Drops! Mommy's Bliss
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Mommy's Bliss products and These vitamin D drops were no exception. They were super easy to dispense and use. It was hassle free and simple to have the container shaped like eye drops versus a syringe. I was able to put a couple drops in my baby's mouth with no issue. Over time she expected it and didn't seem to mind the taste or administration at all. It was nice to have the peace of mind as a mom of a breastfed baby in the Midwest US to know she was getting her added vitamin D. Mommy's Bliss hasn't let us down and is a brand we trust in our home. We ended up buying more of these and still use them regularly at 8 months. 100% would recommend to all my new parent friends.

Drops must be added to milk or formula
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered these drops because they were organic, have no preservatives, and is a brand I trust. Most Vitamin D drops have upset my babies tummies but this brand does not! The only thing I didn’t realize before ordering is that the drops cannot be dropped into their mouths. The directions state that they have to be added to milk or formula and my daughter is 95% breastfed so it is hard to ever give them to her.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased that I found this particular vitamin D, what I liked most was its concentration, that you don't need to give it many milliliters, but one drop is enough for my child, the taste is almost imperceptible, which is also a big advantage when children don't want to take medicine. The packaging is very convenient. This drug has no disadvantages, only advantages, and as a pharmacist I can say that in my opinion this is really the best vitamin D for children. Worth every penny!!

Important supplement for infants
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I learned recently how important it is for babies who are fed breast milk to supplement with vitamin D, as they just don't get enough in the milk. The drops are easy to add to a bottle, if your baby will take one (mine refuses), but I was able to manage by leaving a drop on my nipple just before latching my babe. Using these drops is preventative care, really, so you shouldn't note a difference in your child, but should be regularly used until they are drinking vitamin D fortified milk and/or an appropriate amount of sun exposure.

Perfect newborn addition
