Q: How do we serve it to our newborns?

A: We have been using the product now for about 1 month with successful results. We add 5 drops to little one’s bottle once a day.
submitted byUser1238 - 7 months agoA: Shake the tube well for 10 seconds, press gently to dispense 5 drops into a spoon. Give by spoon, and repeat daily. Do not add drops to hot food, hot drinks or feed directly into the mouth from the bottle, as this may reduce the quality of the product.

Q: How do we administer this to a newborn? Is it still 5 drops ? I breastfeed and would like to know if we can we put it in the bottle

A: For a newborn, we recommend placing the 5 drops on a spoon before giving them to your baby. You can also apply the drops on your finger or nipple (if breastfeeding), and let your baby take the drops directly from either. We don’t recommend mixing the drops into a bottle, as it’s difficult to ensure your baby receives the full dosage.

A: Product expiration varies, but generally our products have a two-year shelf life. Once opened, the baby drops should be used within 3 months.

My newborn was struggling with gas and would be up most of the night screaming because he was so uncomfortable. The doctor suggested trying a probiotic. I liked this one because it has the vitamin d included so I wouldn't need to do two separate drops a day. After only 2 days using these my baby seems so much more comfortable, is having bigger bowel movements, and the late night screaming has stopped. Truly a lifesaver. If your baby is struggling with gas I highly recommend trying these! Will definitely keep using as part of our daily routine

I was hesitant to try these drops after reading some of the mixed reviews. My baby was really struggling to pass gas unable to fall asleep I could her her tummy rumble arching her back in discomfort. She was pooping every 3 to 4 days and spitting up. She has been on these drops for a week and what a difference it has made. She can actually nap during the day and sleep at night, poops everyday now and is passing gas way easier. indigestion and reflux have gotten better. I forgot to give her the drops today & oh my she got so cranky I could hear her belly going again. Her pediatrician did not want to her on pepcid as it changes their flora unless she was miserable & nothing else worked. These drops are worth a try before getting a prescription. Since day one i noticed a difference but after a week i really saw an improvement. But Every baby different so always ck with your doctor. These Drops are Expensive but worth it.

This stuff works great I have 4.5 months old and he has very bad gas, burps, and cry nonstop. I’ve tried the mommybliss which I could only give him when he calms ugh and it never work I tried it before with my other kids too in the past. But BioGaia works immediately I don’t have to wait til baby stops crying.

Okay we loved these drops after getting prescribed baby Pepcid & the meds causing constipation. However after I took a look at the ingredients.. I see now they contain SUNFLOWER OIL. Seed oils like this have been linked to many cases of inflammation and disease. Why we would give something to our tiny babies bodies that causes inflammation? I, for one, would not want to!! Check your labels, mamas!!

We noticed that our 2 month old was suddenly spitting up curdled milk almost every feeding and having some reflux issues. Before getting a script for baby Pepcid from the doctor, they suggested using probiotics. Results for us were almost immediate. The baby wasn't spitting up nearly as much, wasn't straining to poop, and just seemed happier. We're about a week in and this has definitely helped a ton!

I never write reviews but I highly recommend this! My baby had severe colic, miserable most of the day and not sleeping at all. Took about two weeks and we have a totally different baby. Takes his naps no problem, sleeps at night and is actually a happy baby now. This stuff works great you just have to give it a few weeks!

HEAR ME OUT….This takes about 2 weeks to see a difference in your baby. My daughter had pretty severe colic. I was desperate for relief for not just me but her as well. I was hoping to see a quick difference and I didn’t. I kept giving the drops even though I was quickly losing hope. It took about 2 weeks to see a difference and we have seen a huge difference. She’s now been taking them for over 1 month and is a completely different baby. Highly recommend these.

My baby has been colicky for 3 months. A very rough 3 months. We tried everything! Gas drops, gripe water, reflux meds, bouncing on a ball, leg exercises for gas, warm baths. Nothing worked for long until this probiotic. It’s been three days and my baby has barely cried, is sleeping better & pooping everyday (exclusively given breastmilk) he’s a much happier baby! Hoping it continues to work.
