Q: what is the propellant &/or propellant mechanism?

Q: How gentle is this? Most saline sprays or nasal sprays I've tried are like a jet stream.

Q: Can adults use this - or is the spray not proportioned correctly for adults? This is the only saline spray I can find pre-made without backing soda.

I tried this on myself first, thankfully. It's way too salty. My nasal passages were partially open before use and now they're completely closed and throbbing.

Agree with all the other reviewers we have this on hand year round and have since both my children were newborn. Our house is very dry once the cold NY air hits. It works quickly and it is gentle. If it burns then you aren’t using it correctly. When my babes were infants we would use a bulb syringe to pull out any excess + mucus. It worked wonderfully and even when they were sick would sleep through the night. Just be careful not to use too often.

So wonderful! This can lasts such a long time and works so well for our little one. Pro tip: Only click the button one quick time to give the nostril a spritz. Hold it in your little ones nose for a second or two after spraying, as there is a delay on the spray nozzle that your baby will not enjoy getting in their eyes. (Speaking from experience)

This isn’t just for kids - I’m an adult and I love this stuff! After using several “adult” saline mists that felt like I’d shot acid in my nose, I decided to branch out into the mists for kids. This is by far my favorite of all the ones I’ve tried. It does exactly what I hoped it would do: it gently clears my nasal passages without any stinging or burning. Plus it has no aftertaste. I use it daily for allergies (in addition to other allergy meds) and rely on it heavily any time I have a cold. I’ve repurchased it more times than I can count. 10 out of 10.

Burns baby and adult. My baby screamed multiple times after using this and I tried it on myself. My nose burned for many hours. I felt horrible that I was using it on my baby. Please don’t buy this and Target should review this product as well.

Ive used little remedies for years and use this for my 10 month old, my 2 year old and my 3 year old (yup, I've got my hands full and it's even worse when all 3 get sick). It's not a cure, but it does help them breathe easier. A few drops in each nostril, and then I start sucking up the snot with a nasal aspirator. One day, my baby was making weird snorting sounds, and I couldn't figure out what it was. I put some drops of this and used the nasal aspirator, and what do you know? A giant, dry booger came out the size of a dime! Needless to say, he sounded MUCH better after that. Thank you, Little Remedies for all of your natural, drug free products!
