A: Humidifier (vapor for humidifier), saline for nose - you can find all in Frida products. I got a snot sucker and hooked it up to my breast pump. I use the Zarbees soothing chest rub and just put it right up to my baby’s nose to smell for a few seconds to open up his breathing. My baby got RSV at 4mo and that’s what I did for a month. Steamy bathroom on really rough days. Good luck!!

I got this because with my first baby, we loved the stick that came in the FridaBaby Sick Day kit. This formula is not the same. It doesn’t spread easily, leaving a goopy mess. We’ve tried applying less (which isn’t as effective), applying more (which doesn’t spread evenly), and are literally debating buying the $20 kit just for the stick. This just isn’t as good.

This product helped soothe and provide relief to my baby at night, her coughs weren’t as bad and her congestion cleared up significantly after I removed the mucus. It’s not greasy and the smell isn’t obnoxious. Highly recommend!

Smells good and no mess concept is definitely appreciated but its so small. Doesnt seem worth it. Might as well get your hands dirty when you get another brand with more oz for the same price. I do like that the smell is not overpowering.

We loved the previous vapor rub stick by Frida baby but found it would gunk up in the top, this also leaves our hands mess free, applies easily, and I don’t open the stick to a big messy gunk pile anymore. Works just as great for my kiddos as the other version did when they don’t feel well.

I’m not sure why they are promoting 2+ months when eucalyptus is not safe to use before 2 years. I bought this thinking it was okay for my 6 month old, opened it and smelled the eucalyptus. Waste of $7 and very scary to think of all the parents who don’t know not to use it….

It did help my 18 month old with his cough and congestion, but it unfortunately gave him a skin rash that he couldn’t stop itching. So I won’t be repurchasing. Just a warning to any mom’s of sensitive skin babies!
