Low sugar are great! Sugar free are gooey and melt easily so will stick with low sugar. I have found it’s the exact price or cheaper when on sale at Target than buying from their website so it does not make sense to do their subscription or buy directly. I will just continue to get at Target for convenience since it’s the same price or even cheaper when Target has a sale.

These taste and smell disgusting. The smell alone is nasty, especially when you're on a glp1 and food is not sounding good. The only thing is it helped with bowel movements. Only reason I continue to eat these nasty boogers.

I’ve only been taking these gummies for six days and I see a noticeable change in my energy and digestion. I saw a change in bowel movements after just three days of using the product. I know that some people complained about quality control and only getting 6 or 7 gummies when it’s supposed to be 8. Several Times I had 9 gummies in my package. I never had less than 8. I will continue to take it and highly recommend.
