Helps POTS. Everyone complaining it is too Salty, sold me on it. Newsflash, IT IS SUPPOSED TO TASTE SALTY!! If it doesn't that it isn't going to give you the nutrients you need. The saltier the better.

I really enjoyed these, especially the citrus salt flavor. That is until I find multiple foreign black objects in a pack of the watermelon salt flavor. I reached out to the company, letting them know, and the only thing they said was, you'll have to go to Target to get a refund. Mind you, in my email I never even asked for a refund, I was just concerned with these little black rocks I just found in something I was about to drink. Just be aware and check before you drink.

I love all the flavors except the citrus (lemon lime) falls short for me. I have been using LMNT for a few years and love it and how it keeps me from feeling dehydrated - whether I’m hiking at 12k feet in arid Colorado or sweating out the nasty summer humidity in the Midwest. So happy it’s now available in brick & mortar retailers rather than direct mail order only. I also love that I can drink it when I am fasting and it does not break my fast. My favorite flavors are the raspberry, grapefruit, watermelon & orange. On LMNT’s direct site they offer (summer 2025) a limited time strawberry lemonade. I have not tried it yet but that maybe my next large box order. :-).

By far the best electrolyte powder I’ve tried thus far. I don’t like Gatorade, I tried RE-LYTE and I felt like I was drinking pure salt water. I like salt but it was too salty. I like every flavor of LMNT! It’s a bit pricier than some other options out there but worth it IMO. So glad a friend recommended it to me!

Bought this pack as I was new to the brand and haven’t been able to try other competitor electrolyte brands as they gave me headaches. While the saltiness took a second to get used to, I have figured out my favorite water ratio and LOVE these! I have one every day and my favorite flavors are definitely Grapefruit Salt and Citrus Salt! Have already ordered more! Please bring in the 10-pack of Grapefruit Salt!!

Have only tried Salty Citrus so far. Added 1pkg to large 16oz canning jar to keep in fridge. (16oz is saltiest mix) That way I can add into my water bottle throughout day.

I'm a HUGE fan of LMNT! I've tried many of the other products and they are always too sweet or full of other ingredients that you just don't need. LMNT just gets it right with the cleanest tasting flavors and hits great after any activity. It may run a tad salty at first but just start out with half a pack and you'll be fine! Amazing to finally see them at Target! Especially the Variety pack with a mix of all the flavors I like!
