I was super excited to try this product but was greatly disappointed. It is not worth and I do not recommend. The flavor is horrible and makes you feel sick. Not worth it.

I'm a big fan of these. The electrolytes and other good stuff in these pouches taste great, are easy to use and deliver a noticeable "layer of support" to help me get through exercise regimens and dreaded schoolwork. My brain gets a "third gear" when I put some intention into nourishing it.

As someone with a handful of deficiencies, and struggles to stay hydrated, these packets are legit!! in my opinion, the saltiness is barely noticeable if you only use half to 2/3 of a packet per bottle, so i usually split one packet across two bottles of water, or save the other half of a packet for later! absolutely recommend :)
