I have only tried the lemon lime so far, but it is so unbearably salty. Not so much that it makes your mouth sting like regular salt water, but it affects the flavor so much. I felt gross my entire workout because of how this tasted, and I didn’t feel any more hydrated than if I were to have plain water. It left a salty taste in my mouth. I will definitely try the other flavors to see if I like them better, but the salt is so overpowering thus far.

WOW! Idk why I took so long to find out about this! Honestly sooo good, 0sugar 0 cal vs the liquid IV. I have always put salt in my water so when the reviews talked about salty I decided to give it a try! 10/10 in my opinion, you can taste the flavor but its also salty but NOT soo salty like others say! Its mainly what we need anyways, salt for the electrolytes! 😀 Love it, except it so pricey. I put in in my 40oz jug of water, honestly should of done less water since it dilutes it.

Title says it all. One of my favorite electrolyte options. Yes, they are salty but that’s the point. As someone with POTS who NEEDS a lot of extra salt, these help me tremendously. I also find the flavors to be delicious compared to everything else out there.

Please avoid at all COST!! I didn’t listen to the other reviews because I wanted to try it for myself and trust me this is disgusting. The first sip is horrible and I agree with EVERY SINGLE PERSON the salt taste is HORRIFIC! Please change the formula this is so sad I really wanted to like it

I tried all the flavors Taste like drinking the ocean it’s very salty in the worst way it’s better if u do like a 40oz or bigger to dilute the salt it doesn’t matter what flavor you get cause they all taste is salt u won’t taste blue raspberry I want to love it but defeats the purpose if I have to put other things in it for it to taste ok that’s just not conveinant and it was making me kinda sick never could finish them

I was nervous to try these as the reviews were mixed BUT they are extremely salty, like to the point you don’t even want to drink it even if the flavor is good. I mixed it with 40oz of water and the salt was still over powering. How I’d imagine drinking out of the ocean.
