I’ve had the opportunity to drink every packet in the box. I prefer to mix this and allow it to sit in the fridge overnight. It tastes better to me when I do this versus mixing and drinking immediately. I did not drink this every day. I would drink one every other day. The taste is good and there’s no after taste. I am interested in trying other flavors. You do have to stir very well. And drink regular water in between servings.

The only thing I would say is that they are larger than other products like it which is great in terms of value, but even though it says to add to a 16 oz glass of water I would either only add half a packet to 16 ounces or only add the full thing with more than 16 ounces because it is quite concentrated and can be very sweet in a potent way when added to a standard bottle of water. Otherwise, I love it, it’s great for hangovers, aiding with dehydration headaches, and reliving menstrual cramps. I plan on repurchasing these once I run out!
