    Couldn't get past the horrible taste

    Purchased for convenience needed during upcoming long haul flight. Glad I tried one ahead of time. The taste is so bad that I have no idea if they’re effective.

    Sleep Quick Melt Strips

    I use these strips as part of my wind down routine and let one dissolve on my tongue about 1-2 hours before bedtime. They do a wonderful job of preparing my mind and body for sleep. The strips are convenient to take and have a nice berry flavor. I would definitely recommend giving them a try!

    They seem to work

    I’ve used a few times and to my surprise they do seem to help me sleep. Not much usually does, but these seem to help I will definitely buy more. I don’t use them every day, but it’s nice to know they’ll help when I need it.

    effective

    They work pretty well and I love that there are no bad side effects but, I despise the taste, at first I was like oh this actually tastes good in about 4 seconds I was thinking the complete opposite. In my opinion it was very bitter and the actually "cranberry" taste seemed very articfial.

    Amazing!

    Didn’t work for me:(

    I had high hopes for these but they didn’t work for me. I take over the counter sleep meds every night and hoped these would work since they are all natural. I even bought a 2 pack! I didn’t sleep nor even got sleepy. Sorry!

    Sleep quick melts are the best

    I love the quick melting of the strip. I have slept great. The time it takes to make you drowsy 15 min. Asleep in 20 minutes.

    Ehhh

    It helped me fall asleep fast, I slept heavily during that time, but I haven’t been able to stay asleep. The taste is not fantastic either.

    Love is product but it's only 5 mg of melatonin might try to make another one that is 10 mg of melatonin.

    Amazing. The taste is horrible & it literally makes me gag. But within 15 minutes I'm asleep. My husband with insomnia issues & on 2 different sleeping meds & still has issues Falling asleep takes one & he is out. I've already ordered more. I actually asleep more than 5 hours a night now & i don't wake up groggy or tired. Only side effect is i have crazy dreams when i take it, but i think that's the melatonin in it bc when i take melatonin i gave horrible dreams.

    High expectation

    It took about 45 minutes to kick in and make me a little sleepy. I only slept for about 3 1/2 hrs and was back up. When it dissolves, I got a bitter taste in my mouth, that's was ok. Packaging was nice. I did taste the Cranberry flavor.

    Sleepy time

    I have tried a lot of different products and this one works the best for me. I like the fact that it is a strip the melts on the tongue for faster absorption, taste is great and it doesn't make me feel weird. With other products, I have had is groggy feeling in the am and I don't with this at all! Love this
