A: Hello Samuel - This is a great question! Stevia is a non-caloric sweetener from a plant and thus it does not contribute to sugar or calorie content. There is both sugar and stevia included. the smell.....
The smell upon opening the bottle was overwhelming. I decided if they *smell* that bad, the taste would not be better. No way was I putting it in my mouth. Into a ziplock, along with its seals, and into a trash bag, and out to the trash. Had to wash my hands several times to get the smell off, and I never touched one of the pills. Disgusting. Going back to two 2000 iu and one 1000 iu in the gel form.

Tastes bad
It tastes very bad. Sickeningly sweet like eating perfumey chalk. No I don’t know what that tastes like.
