I took these consistently for a while. When I ran out, I forgot to put them on my grocery list. I noticed a few things go downhill for me when I didn’t take them for a while…..my night sweats and breast pain during PMS came back, I had more restless legs and tingly irritable feelings through my body and I had less energy. I’m not sure if B12 usually helps with these things but it’s the only thing I changed. They dissolve quickly and I don’t mind the taste at all, it washes away with water and even if it does taste funny it’s 100% worth the benefits.

Tablet to plastic ratio is such a waste
While the tablets are fantastic, I can't help but be bothered that Target letter vitamin bottles are massive and a waste of plastic compared to the tablets inside. It is so unecessary to have so much plastic waste for these. Please reconsider how much plastic you're using for small vitamins.
