Loved these at first, until I was losing sleep. Definitely keeps you energized, but maybe timed release means 24 hrs. Try the quick dissolve instead, if you want to be energized but also want to sleep at night.

Good: it quickly takes affect, only reason for 5 stars. It truly works. Bad: CHECK WITH DR AND GET LABS DONE. Taking these causes an excessive amount of B12 in my system and, fun fact, excessive B12 leads to ACNE. I’ve NEVER had acne on my forehead, even as a teenager, NEVER. And now I have over 50 pimples on my forehead and I wish I was exaggerating. It’s also spreading to the rest of my face sadly. Pictures don’t even do it justice. DO NOT TAKE UNLESS YOU HAVE A DEFICIT AFFIRMED BY DR.
