Sticks to your tongue and tastes bad!
I didn’t see my usual biotin + keratin long tablets at the store so I grabbed these instead. I don’t know what it is that’s different but these round ones are so difficult to actually swallow. No matter how much water I try to use, it sticks to my tongue and starts dissolving right there. Won’t buy these again!

made stomach feel really weird..
i took once a day for a good two weeks until i started noticing that my stomach was EXTREMELY noisy (gassy) and bloated constantly. after i stopped taking them, everything went back to normal. i'm not sure if it's because they aren't coated? but that was an issue too since it dissolves as soon as you put it in your mouth, despite it being a pill you're supposed to swallow. wouldn't recommend.

Great product, needs more eco-friendly packaging.
The product works great, but I'm definitely taking a star away due to the packaging. Why in the world does the bottle need to be this large for such a small amount of product? I have no issue with the amount of product and it was labelled in a way that I knew the size of the tablet and the amount inside the bottle. I was still shocked to see the tiny amount of product in perspective to the bottle. I know up and up has similar products in smaller bottles. There's no need for this. It takes up so much room in the medicine cabinet and just seems like a waste of resources.

These were the highest dosage at a great price. Only downside is that the tablets are uncoated which makes them hard to swallow and they become powdery in your mouth in a matter of seconds
