I’ve used this product for ~2 months and I will say I noticed my nails have gotten significantly stronger! My nails are naturally thin and bendy but after adding this supplement into my regime they break way less than they used to. I didn’t notice a difference with my hair, but I also don’t think I had been taking it long enough to really see its effects.

I tried this and they didnt work for me. I tried for 3 months. The only good thing was the taste and they were soft chew. I have sensitive teeth and did not hurt.

The packaging is cool and the price seems reasonable to me. Within the ingredients it alarms me that it contains so much sugar.
