A: I spray the Heat product on my wet hair as per the instructions on bottle: "Spray liberally 6-8" away on BOTH damp hair before you blow dry OR on dry hair before using curling iron. Love this product.

This is a really affordable heat protector. Haven’t really looked too much into the ingredients but the smell is nice the packaging is great the spray has never clogged or broke on me like other hair products and I do notice a difference in my hair texture when I use this with heat.
