Contains synthetic B12: cyanide
The B-12 in this supplement is cyanocobalamin: it’s a synthetic B-12 produced in a lab from cyanide and toxic sludge. I was consuming these vitamins until I experienced cyanide poisoning. Target and the manufacturer only reimbursed me for the cost of the product. Target should no longer have this product on their shelves!

I know there's been some complaints about the taste, but clearly these reviewers haven't tried some of the other name brands because this is much much milder in my experience than the competition's b-complex pills. They DO have a flavor, and it isn't all that pleasant, but it's far from nauseating or gag-inducing. It's by far the most pleasant b-complex pill I've tried, and I've tried several other name and store brands. The price and ease of taking are what keep me coming back to this type.

This is absolutely a great B-complex. Everyone in our household uses it - one easy-to-swallow oblong tablet daily in the morning. A good B-complex gives me the B12 needed daily for vegetarians, vegans, and probably lots of others, as I have read that B12 is best absorbed by the body in small amounts. We seldom get enough in my diet from other sources. I'm a road trip junkie, so even while traveling around a lot, I can always find this at a local Target store.

The first ingredient in this supplement is DICALCIUM PHOSPHATE which is a source of calcium and phosphorus. Some medications and health conditions are incompatible with calcium supplements. It doesn't say anything about calcium on the bottle or I would not have bought it.
