Yes, there is an adjustment period of sleeping with this on, but I felt that I had almost immediate results. These stay put even with lotion on your skin. I have tried numerous other brands which fall off during the night. These stay put. If you don’t moisturize, these may be too harsh for skin, but these are a winner for me and affordable. So happy to find them!

Works as described! I've been using mouth tape for many years. For the price, these do the job. If I had one criticism, it would be that there is a month opening, which is not effective for me. I place tape over the mouth home. May be a good option for people who want to try mouth tape.

I have been taping my mouth at night for over 8 years and have been using transparent first aid tape. It works fine but I am taking a trip and hope to get some sleep on the plane, I thought the tape I normally use would be weird to use on the plane so I tried these. I’m very surprised. I like them a lot. Now I prefer these. I don’t like the little hole in the middle so I put a little piece of transparent tape over it. If I don’t cover the hole my lips get dry and I tend to still snore a little. They really should make it without the hole. Now, as seems to happen with every product I really like, I fear they will stop making it!

I was hoping these would be a great dupe for TSC. Unfortunately they’re so sticky they rip the skin off my lips leaving them dry and damaged. They also have slight chemical smell.

Best mouth tape I’ve found so far. Doesn’t irritate the skin or leave residue. Just like the skinny confidential which I previously subscribed to, and 1/5th the price. Maybe slightly less soft and smaller but I have smaller lips so this size is perfect without going too close to my nose. I hope they keep these around for a long time.
