Q: How do you suggest removing these? It hurts my skin when removing in the morning. I have tried rubbing lotion & a little face oil, but it’s still pretty stuck to my face. Any suggestions on how others get it off gently??

To take it off more gently, we recommend loosening the edges first by applying a little warm water or lip balm/oil around the mouth area and waiting a few minutes before peeling it away slowly from one side. This helps soften the adhesive and makes removal much easier and more comfortable. Perfect solution to nighttime mouth opening and snoring...
Over the last 2 years of using a CPAP machine, I've tried numerous kinds of mouth tape to help promote nasal breathing. I stumbled upon these patches at Target and finally found the answer to my mouth breathing! The patches are the perfect size, have a small slit in the center to help if you need to sneeze or take a sip of water during the night and, best of all, firmly and comfortably hold my lips together during sleep to prevent mouth breathing. Added bonus is that the cost is reasonable and good value for the money. Try these if you experience too many mouth openings and/or snoring during sleep! Highly recommended.

WOW! I cannot believe the price point of these. I have used a lot of different brands when it comes to mouth tape and they have all been $20+ for the same amount. A Real Snore...
Used these on a family trip recently, was informed it does NOT reduce my snoring at all😬 Other than that, there's nothing really noticeable from using them. They're also too small for my mouth? Maybe it's just because of the how the patch is shaped, but it doesn't reach at all to cover the corners of my mouth, so there's little like air pockets in those areas & it feels a touch uncomfortable.

Very surprised!!
I saw mouth tape on the socials and was a bit skeptical. However, my aunt recently expressed how she was listening to me sleep and was concerned about my breathing. Additionally, I was experiencing some severe inflammation on the front of my upper gums only (which can be attributed to mouth breathing while sleeping). So I figured that I would give this a shot. It took a few nights for me to get used to wearing it all night, but once I was able to wear it all night, I am now sleeping better and the inflammation in my gums has not returned. I love that these are made from breathable cotton, has nourishing lip ingredients, has a tiny hole and is latex free, as I have a severe latex allergy. Plus, these are way less expensive than the competitors.
