Help yourself breathe easier and maybe even reduce snoring when you use the Extra Strength Nasal Strips from up & up™. These drug-free nasal strips feature a new and improved adhesive to effectively open nasal passages and instantly relieve nasal congestion. One size fits most, so just pop one of these clear strips on and enjoy easy breathing and restful sleep.
I love these strips. They open my nasal passages so I get a better nights sleep. They also calm down my snoring. That don't stop it, just soften the noise. (According to my wife) I have used these strips for over a year and the adhesive does not irritate my skin like other brands have. The large size works better for me. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a better nights sleep.
Transparent nasal strips. I had been using Breathe Right strips for a few years but then I discovered these. Their adhesive is good. Not too strong that it peels off your skin, but strong enough to keep nasal passages open and not fall off during the night. I first found only the small size at Target. They worked okay, but the larger size is much better for me. I typically wash my nose with a little soap and water, then after drying the skin, I wipe the sides of my nose with a little alcohol. When it is dry, I put on the strip. That woks perfectly every time. I must have oily skin on my nose because the Breath Rights didn't hold unless I did that first. The only negative is the wrapping of the strips. You have to peel apart the wrapper along it's side. It would be a lot easier if one side of the wrapper was a bit wider than the other so you could get the two sides separated more easily.
I used these when I was sick and my nose was congested. I have never used nasal strips before. They were pretty easy to apply although you should look at the instructions to make sure you have them in the right place. Removing them hurt a tiny bit but less than Biore pore strips which I use. I used them during the night to help me breathe better.
