While the nasal strip itself worked fairly well, the artificial lavender scent appears to be the cause of my eyes being puffy/swollen the next morning. I’m not allergic to lavender essential oil or most fragrances, and I’ve only started using these strips recently. The days I don’t use the strips my eyes are completely fine when I wake up. I recommend the unscented kind if you’re sensitive to fragrance like I am apparently.

I love the concept of this nose strip but I really don’t smell any lavender scent unless I sit there scratching it like a scratch and sniff. The other con which I find to be the worst aspect of these strips is the fact that they’re overly sticky. If you want to rip off the first layer of your skin every morning or use a q-tip covered in rubbing alcohol to get it off, these are the strips for you.

Oh my gosh, they stated on the box in a very small area on the back, “3M adhesive”. This I did not notice, I only noticed breath right calming lavender scent. Really, to put on your nose a 3M adhesive! Yeah, to remove it you have to spend several minutes wetting it and very slowly pulling it off. Even then it feels like it’s ripping off skin. There’s a good no name brand out there that is a lot better on you nose, a lot.

They help someone but are an absolutely nightmare to remove. You cannot just remove it like a bandaid in the morning because it is almost super glued to your nose, you must wet it slowly and it takes a good 10min and your nose will be extremely red afterwards.

Can’t get past how bad they hurt taking off in the morning! I’ve tried washing my face before taking it off so loosen the adhesive but unless your going to let it soak it didn’t really help. It leaves a red mark on my nose

The lavender is subtle but just enough where it’s cozy. Works just as good as the other Breathe Right strips. However, taking this off hurts. The adhesive isn’t what I’m used to with the others. The strips are much thicker since the outside is a different material for the lavender coating. The adhesive on this is STRONG.
