Terrible Product
Impossible to know which is the "textured" side to put on your face. The eye and mouth holes are enormous and the mask doesn't fit well. The two pieces are hard to maneuver, and the plasticky mask itself is almost sharp at the edges. The serum is sticky. This is all-around not a good product.

I am very disappointed with this experience. My order shows as delivered, but I never received it. According to the delivery information, UPS delivered the package to the wrong address, and someone I do not know signed for it. As the retailer, I expected my order to be delivered to the correct address or for this issue to be resolved promptly. Instead, I have been left without my purchase and told to wait another day to see if the package somehow appears. This has been frustrating and inconvenient. favorite mask
i use this every weekend! i have always been afraid of masks because of my sensitive skin but i love this one. i’ve used it for months and i wakeup with a glow everytime i use it, it calms my redness and evens out my skin tone. it stays on for the whole time (i leave it on for about 30 min after an everything shower) i have really dry skin so ill pat the excess in once im done and apply a moisturizer. i have never had any trouble getting the mask on, they are 9/10 very coated in the serum so you have plenty for your face and neck. i definitely recommend, it’s worth the price and the convenience. i just wish they sold a jumbo pack so i wouldn’t haven’t to order one weekly.
