I'm one of those people who need it to be super dark in order to fall asleep. I sleep with these on almost every night and I knock out. Super comfortable and if I need to open my eyes in the mask I can easily do so. It helps me sleep in too especially with the days getting longer.

I needed something to help my slight claustrophobia during an MRI exam. This sleep mask is one of the few I found that does not have any metal buckles. It worked like a charm. The velcro does stick to the pillow case but not a big deal in my opinion for this specific applicaiton. I don't use it or need it for sleeping.

It doesn’t fit well and kept sliding off despite tightening the strap. The box claims you can blink in this eye mask but I couldn’t because the eye dents aren’t big enough. If you have chipmunk cheeks, high cheek bones, or a low nose bridge I’d advise against this particular mask.

Totally love this mask. It’s soft around your eyes and can apply as much or as little pressure as you adjust the band to. It had no odor/smell to it when it arrived— this is hugely important to me for something I’m going to put on my face. So glad I found this— it is effective at blocking light and I have no trouble sleeping on my side, as one reviewer remarked. Price is awesome for what you get.

The mask doesn’t fully block out light at the bottom of it since the nose opening isn’t big enough. Also, the band can be easily stretched out, which hasn’t been an issue for me so far but could be in the future. And part of the inner fabric peeled off, but for me was able to use gorilla glue to stick it back together.
