I tried the GuruNanda mouth tape because I liked that they have a small slit. But they leave a sticky residue and black pieces from the outer edges of the tape. I’ve tried many of them and it happens every time. I’ve tried with and without product on my face and it’s the same result every time. And it doesn’t just easily whip off either you have to scrub pretty hard to remove it.

I had the same experience as other reviewers with sticky black residue left when peeling the tape off. It is annoying, but ultimately I can deal with it as it comes off when I wash my face. I like that this tape is gentle when peeling off and it sticks on well, even after moisturizer. I track my sleep and noticed an improvement in sleep quality when taping my mouth using this product.

Is not good. l black residue EVERYTIME you use it. Don’t get it unless you want to scrub off the black stuff from your skin every morning.

Good price but poor quality leaves black residue from tape around your mouth once you take off tape.
