These are the best night guards I've used, including from the dentist. My dentist mentioned soft ones can cause some issues with bite that mine hasn't demonstrated, so she gave the okay.
My only complaint is that when I bought these August 8th, it was 19.99. Now it's $10 more?!!? That pretty much sucks.
I followed the molding directions on the packaging and the first guard actually melted. Again, following the instructions, I tried the second one, which seemed to mold better. It seemed to fit so I
tried to use it that night. It filed with saliva under the palate piece, which made it difficult to swallow so I did nothing but drool. I had to take it out just so I could sleep. It may be much cheaper than getting a guard from your dentist but you you get what you pay for.
Didn't work. It's too bulky and no matter many times I tried to mold it, it still just fell out of my mouth. I was worried I would choke on it when I would sleep. For the price, I returned it. Better off sticking with dentist made trays.
I have a small mouth but this guard works fine. It took a couple of tries to get it shaped properly, but you can repeat the shaping process. I also found that I could use a hot spoon to smooth out a bit of the plastic that was sticking out after shaping.
