The expected lifespan of our adult battery powered toothbrushes is approximately 4 years when brushing twice per day, and we're sorry that wasn't the case for you. Since yours stops working much sooner than that, and changing the batteries doesn't help, it's possible it's not up to our high-quality standards. Some additional tips to get the best performance from your toothbrush is to not to press the brush too hard against your teeth and let the bristles do the work. Also, be sure to rinse the brush thoroughly after each use and use quality alkaline batteries that are inserted properly. During brushing, the brush should be placed inside the mouth and the mouth should be closed as much as possible to minimize spilling etc. Also important to ensure the brush head is properly cleaned after each brush session to ensure the hole at the front of the brush head is not clogged as this might lead to more spatter.
