Q: how do you replace the head
submitted by ShiJay - 7 years ago
A: Yes, it is replaceable, it says right there on the package to replace it every 3 months. As of Oct 2018 the packaging has changed, it's now blue. You can purchase Oral B 3D White replacement heads for this model and the instructions are on the package.
submitted bySoCal - 7 years agoA: The head is not replaceable. :(

dribble

seems to do a good job, but shaft is too thick for me and I dribble all over. Not bad if you're over the sink, I guess, but I am a wandering brusher and it's a mess.

Does the job. But used to come with a plastic head cover. Guess they've become too cheap for that.

Just used for the first time and for the life of me, can't figure out how to turn it off. Really... I kept pressing any button I could find. One of them would stop the brush when pressed, but would start immediately when I let go Finally had to open battery compartment and pull out battery. Is it just me??

We're sorry to hear this. Due to the many quality tests that our brushes go through, this isn't the experience we expect. Our team would like to hear more from you, and gather some information from your brush. When you have a chance, could you please call us at (800) 566-7252?

I bought this a few weeks ago, I attempted to change battery, twist off replace battery and twist back together. Simple, but after installation the neg end of battery will not make contact with probe. The whole assembly has shifted and make reinstalling the new battery useless and the tooth brush JUNK. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAPPY TOOTH BRUSH.

Battery life is very short

Thumbs down graphic, would not recommend

This toothbrus started out great, however, battery completely dided within 2 weeks. If Oral B's goal is to get users to like the first few days fresh-clean feeling, and generate consideration for a more expensive, electric brush: Mission accomplished.
Poor vibration and power

Poor amount of power and brush head action. Most of toothbrushes vibration is felt in the handle and other parts rather than the head itself

I bought a new Oral-B deep clean battery toothbrush. It won't turn off. I had to remove the battery to get it to stop. It's junk. What a waste of money.

Used this for years. Works great but I’ve moved onto a different electric toothbrush since I felt bad about using disposable batteries.

Great little toothbrush. I got an Oral b deep clean to replace another brand that I had for many years. I bought a new replacement and found the new design to be defective which drove me to Oral b. I have had good results with the Oral b and I will be sticking with it. Very happy.

I like this product because I feel battery powered toothbrushes are better for your teeth but it's not very powerful. The battery life has been good.

I love how clean this makes me teeth feel! It is so inexpensive and good quality. My teeth never feel this clean with a regular tooth brush. I just buy replacement brush heads every month so I can keep on brushing!

Great little buy for a powerful electric toothbrush. It's been 3 months now and I've changed the brush head but nearly lost a fingertip because of the weird way you take it off with a tool and slide it off the main toothbrush. DO NOT grip the entire head, just the front end where the spinning/moving bristles are. the bottom half that houses the mechanism is very sharp and will cut you if you drag/slide your fingers when pulling it off. I don't understand why its left to be so sharp and not filed down or finished smooth.

Once you go battery/electric toothbrush…you don’t go back to manual. I find this does a wonderful job at cleaning my teeth. It can be messy, so I tend to brush and floss my teeth in the shower.

I got this just a couple of days ago. If I had been able to see how it turned on and off, I would not have bought. The buttons are toooo small for my 73 year old hands.

ORAL B electric tooth is the best I have found and used. It cleans my teeth like I am at the dentist. Only con is the batteries don't last long so I suggest rechargeable batteries for it otherwise your going to go through some batteries. Easy to use and very lightweight
