Can’t turn off!

I actually see nothing wrong with this battery operated toothbrush honestly!! I needed a new one to replace the one I had that stop working .. but I actually like this one better , I just used it this morning and it made my teeth/ tongue/ mouth feel very clean and works very good to me besides all the hateful reviews I saw so I got it to have my own judgment on it. I love it because it’s not heavy like the one I had before and it’s not as big as the one I had before. I normally don’t purchase items with bad reviews on it, but I really feel like some people were just being overly dramatic about this toothbrush be your own judge on it… can’t always listen to everybody all the time sometimes you have to experience things on your own instead of going by what other people say. Have your own opinion/ experience to see weather you like it or not! Thanks! I hope my review helps someone.

Do not buy this
I bought another cheap power brush multiple times and honestly thought I was buying the same one but ended up with this. The head is too big which makes it clunky and hard to move around. The vibration is loud . There are way too many crevices all around the head and little holes on it, makes it messy and the toothpaste drips out of your mouth using it. I didn’t think it was possible to hate a tooth brush so much honestly, used it twice and I’ll be buying a different one tomorrow

Lousy batteries, have an extra on hand
Toothbrush works great but batteries have been of poor quality recently. One battery was totally dead when bought and three have only lasted a short while. Currently this NANFENG battery from China has had a week of use and has to be replaced.

I bought this as a temporary place holder until I can get a better quality electric toothbrush. It works fine but the neck is too thick which might be where some people have commented on the bulkiness. I've had electric toothbrushes in the past but never this thick. It's also quite loud, probably the loudest one I've ever had; my toddler's $6 battery Bluey toothbrush is quieter. Overall it's great for only being $10 but those two issues are disappointing.

Cannot replace the brush head
Says replace the brush head every 3 months but no instructions on how to do it and I cannot pull the existing brush head off!

We know how important it is to easily replace your brush head, and are happy to help. To change the brush head, place the QuickRelease tool (included in the brush head package) on the neck of the toothbrush and press, then slide the brush head off. Lay the new replacement brush head parallel to the neck of the toothbrush, then slide the head towards the handle until it lock clicks into place. Check that the brush head is firmly attached. STOP! Dont buy it! Its not worth it!
This is the absolute worse toothbrush I have ever owned. The absolute worse, it’s loud and clunky and definitely isn’t cleaning anything more than a regular toothbrush.
