No Replacement Heads
I really enjoyed this electric toothbrush but it is disappointing to know no one is able to buy replacement heads anywhere. I went on the Colgate website and didn't find anything. Super disappointing and now on the hunt to find a different brand.

I can’t find the replacement toothbrush head anywhere. Does it exists? It’s the only reason I bought it. I love the toothbrush, because it works great but also because I thought I would be able to find a replacement toothbrush head.

Great tooth brush but false information
Love the way it cleans and has 2 speeds. Also has a timer which is awesome. All that is 5 stars. The issue with it is says has replaceable heads but no where can they be found to purchase so as many others it is false information and very disappointing.

It claims to have a replaceable brush head, however they do not sell replaceable brush heads for this model 🙄 The one I use now, can't find replaceable heads anymore. Guess I'll try a different brand. 🤷🏽

Why advertise replaceable heads?
I love it, but why does it advertise replaceable heads when they DON’T SELL THEM. I’m going to hit a few parties this weekend and check the toothbrushes in the bathroom at those for the same model. Problem solved.

Faulty motor
The motor in the toothbrush is defective. It is supposed to have a 2 minute timer, but after only a few weeks the toothbrush would shut off after about 30 seconds. I even tried to replace the batteries. Same issue. Not worth the $$.

Horrible
This is the worst electric toothbrush I have ever used! I’ve had it for around a month now and straight out of the package the head looked like it was going to just fall off. I’ve had to push down several times. I have had the head come out in my mouth twice now while running, making me stab myself with the electric part of the brush on my face. This is just awful!

Great Brush but No Brush Heads
It’s a great power toothbrush for a good price, but I can’t seem to find the replacement heads anywhere. I checked the store I originally bought the brush at and online, and I just can’t find it. What’s the point of a good toothbrush if you it’s an absolute pain to replace the brush head.
