    Faulty Mechanical Issue. Replacement Requested.

    This is probably my 3rd or 4th quip, got the glow-in-the-dark for fun. Does NOT glow at all, but that's okay. I'm an adult. I seem to have gotten a faulty brush because every single time I brush my teeth, it quits after three seconds. It used to be after around 10 seconds, but now, not only does it quit after three, the cessation is now repetitive to the point where I can't keep this toothbrush. At first, I thought it was a battery issue, so I switched it to the battery, which housed my last Quip toothbrush, since I never had his issue with that. Not a battery issue. It's gotta be a mechanical issue. I already tossed my old Quip, so I can't go back to that either. Can I get a replacement with a different toothbrush? I don't mind paying some kind of a difference, but I can't stick with this Glow-in-the-Dark Sonic Toothbrush.

    Excellent Brush Quality, Poor Handle Durability

    The brush itself is great, but I've only had the toothbrush for a few days and the color on the handle is already wearing off. It doesn't affect how well the toothbrush works, but it's still disappointing to see the finish deteriorate so quickly.

    Motor Failure

    I too bought this when there was a lifetime warranty. Now there isn't and the motor keeps stopping. I even replaced my toothbrush and it too stopped working. Apparently, there is a failure with the motor that they won't fix. I guess they think you will just buy another toothbrush. I need to find another toothbrush. It's a shame because I actually liked the toothbrush when it worked.

    Less gap between the thirty seconds

    This new toothbrush has an unpleasant shorter gap between the quarters so if I’m not careful I don’t know until the tree stops then the end. I used to use the gaps every 30 seconds as que to move to another area of teeth.

    Game Changer

    We've been battling our almost 7y/o to brush his teeth regularly since he started brushing. We tried every trick in the book, from character-themed brushes to fun brushing songs to rewards for brushing. Turns out Quip was the answer. Suddenly he brushes without being asked, he goes for the full two minutes, and I feel like he is actually reaching every tooth. It's a miracle!

    No cavities and long lasting

    Haven’t had any cavities since using quip for the past 3 years, and I’m super prone to cavities. The base lasts for about 2 years before the alignment gets messed up and the on/off button stops working regardless of battery life. If using the holder, pro tip to completely dry the base and neck before putting it in or else it starts to smell

    The best brush ever!

    I’ve been using the quip for years and I LOVE IT! I bought one for my toddler (the kids one) and we both get complimented by the dentist all the time. They barely need to do anything and my mouth always feel clean. I found them through The Basement Yard, and this might be the best investment ever!

    this thing sucks

    this toothbrush sucks. after 4 days of use the vibration didn’t work, i replaced the battery thinking maybe it had been on the shelf long enough that the provided battery had died… after replacing the battery the toothbrush worked as intended for about 30 seconds. in the following weeks the vibration turns on about 25% of the time and has not lasted the 2 minutes it promises to. don’t waste your time or money on this crap toothbrush!!

    Do not recommend

    Incredibly difficult to turn on/off. Also brush will often initially start and then stop and have to be started again. I'm dreading having to take apart to replace the battery; seems impossible to get apart. I like the way the brush feels when being used and the 2 minute timer. But the on/off is terrible
