Need better QC Process for this model
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It broke and using the site to ask for a replacement brings you through a circular process. Brush head won't attach now. Center component is wiggly and looks like it is not connected somewhere inside. FRUSTRATING. Been using Philips Sonicare products for 15 years. This model is not as well built as previous models.

Save Time in the Dentist Chair - Super Clean Teeth
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I just got home from my 6-month cleaning. Every time I go, we get into a conversation about my Phillips toothbrush. My dentist always compliments me on how clean my teeth are for my visits. I love the results of using my toothbrush because the cleaning portion of my dental visit with that tool that blasts plaque away is maybe 2 minutes tops. In fact, I think brushing my teeth with my toothbrush is a little longer. LOL! I started using Phillips decades ago. I have loved it from day one and will never switch to another brand. I love how my teeth always have that fresh-from-the-dentist feel after I brush my teeth. I current own an older model from 2021, but it is the Sonicare 9300. I switch out the heads every 3 months. I no longer dread those painful dental cleanings.

Quality not the Same
I liked this toothbrush, but it stopped working twice! It is expensive for me to have it happen twice in a year. My prior one worked for many years!

Amazing! Use soft bristles!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s like polishing your teeth every single day! Sonicare doesn’t just brush your teeth, it polishes them. Will give you that fresh from the dentist feeling every time. This is the first model I’ve had with pressure sensing. I’ve had Sonicare for roughly 30 years and I’m glad it rarely goes off. Though I’m always told I brush too hard. Please! Always use the softest bristles. I’m 41 and have had to had gum fillings due to gum recession.

DO NOT BUY - faulty battery
Just laid my second one of these toothbrushes to rest after a little over a year of working. It's a nice toothbrush when it's working, but one day it just stops functioning for no reason. This is the same thing that's now happened to me twice. The first time it happened Sonicare did replace the handle and I got another year of use, but now this one has also died. There's clearly something wrong with this product and the company has no other solution than a 30% off discount with free brush head for your money and time. DO NOT BUY!
