Q: The new design is awful! It no longer glides but feels like sandpaper between my teeth. They shred and break before I am done flossing. Can you please return to the old design? Unfortunately, I’ll be finding a different option for now.

Q: Does this product contain gluten? What are the ingredients of the flavoring and whatever is used to add the flavoring on the floss? (need to know for allergies, this really should be disclosed up front, it goes in the mouth!)

A: None of our flosses contain gluten. All of our flosses are made on designated lines so there is no chance of cross-contamination with gluten.

These used to be the best flossers on the market. I am a huge flosser. I will floss multiple times a day. I’ve bought these for as long as I can remember by the bucket loads. My last few bags have been absolutely horrible. They feel awful between my teeth. No nice, smooth glide and strong floss like it used to be. They’re stringy and awful feeling and they fray and break. Sadly I will have to switch to my second favorite brand, which is Plackers. They are a far cry from the former Glide flossers, but are infinitely better than these new cheapened ones. Why do companies have to take a fantastic product and ruin it?? Do they think we won’t notice? Now they’ve lost a life long customer.

This flosser is a face of mine for the convenience & I like the Scope/mint flavor. The floss sometimes breaks, so that bugs me b/c I don’t like to waste a flosser & finish w/ a new one.
I cant believe these have such good reviews they break so easily. Very disappointed. Maybe I got a bad batch or the quality went down but very frustrating anx disappointing.

Used to love these! The new string part is horrible. I can’t even get through one row of teeth because the string stretches out and shreds to pieces. Returning the packs I have and buying a new brand. Glide picks were my fave now, it’s a no go.

Glide through tight spots – My teeth have some very tight contacts; these picks slide in pretty well without snagging. Strong floss – It held up even when I flossed “aggressively” (not too rough, just firmly). No shredding or breaking for me so far. Dual-use pick end – That pointy/flexible end works nicely for getting “stuck bits” without reaching for a toothpick. Convenient & portable – Great to carry in a bag, for after meals, travel, etc. Smart packaging.

The floss material glides smoothly and doesn’t get stuck between my teeth, which is especially important since I have a small jaw and need something thin yet sturdy. Occasionally, the floss does break in the middle of cleaning, but I think that’s more from how tight my teeth are rather than the product itself.
