Q: The new design is awful! It no longer glides but feels like sandpaper between my teeth. They shred and break before I am done flossing. Can you please return to the old design? Unfortunately, I’ll be finding a different option for now.

Q: Does this product contain gluten? What are the ingredients of the flavoring and whatever is used to add the flavoring on the floss? (need to know for allergies, this really should be disclosed up front, it goes in the mouth!)

Q: Does this product have PTFE? Does this product have PFOA? I don't want to put teflon in my mouth and on my teeth on a daily basis.

This has always been my favorite floss pick brand but they recently changed the floss on these and now they break every time I used them. I have to use two every time to get all teeth flossed. Very frustrating! On the hunt for a new brand.

I have been using scope floss for years and now the packaging has changed and so has the quality!! You will have to use 2-3 floors picks each time you floss because it breaks apart! It is NOT strong as before. If you are flossing between tight teeth, the floss will tear and you will need to use multiple picks just to floss the entire mouth. No longer worth the price, quality is downhill.

I used to use these every morning and recommend them to my patients (I’m a dental hygienist) who had tight teeth or to help get them into the habit of flossing. However, they changed these from the nice glide “tape” floss to essentially a wide waxed floss and they are horrible! They literally shred, separate and break after flossing just a few teeth, just as a waxed floss would. I will no longer be using these myself or recommending them to my patients.

Yet, it cut through your gums! My family has been using this brand for years. However, I will no longer purchase this brand for my household.
They fall apart after 3rd floss! I have to use 3 to do my whole mouth. Dollar tree floss picks are superior to these and cost a fraction the price

These used to be my favorite and the only ones I would buy. I just bought a new package and the quality has gone downhill. Every strand of floss deteriorated as soon as it was used. I can usually get through my entire mouth but I could barely get through two teeth before the floss was shredded. I am unsure if I will buy again because of the poor quality.

I was hoping it was a "bad batch", but apparently not. We've never had problems with the sticks until now and we've been using them for over 15 years. Very disappointed. Did you change something?

The new version is awful. As many others pointed out, the floss shreds and rips, leaving small pieces stuck between your teeth. It's the most frustrating flossing experience, so I've had to move on to another product. It's funny to see company cookie-cutter responses to all these recent reviews over and over talking about extensive testing. This was clearly a cost cutting move that will, unfortunately, cause most users to switch to another product. All the recent positive reviews are from people who were given the original version of the product for an incentified review. I will gladly buy this product again if I see the original version back. Until then, I'm out.

Used to love these floss picks and they have always been my go to. However, I've noticed over the past several months they have been breaking a lot. Im having to use sometimes 3 to floss all of my teeth. The floss is breaking, pulling out of one end, or leaving tiny pieces of string stuck between my teeth. Really disappointed in this product lately.

Why did you change the floss to make it weaker? I compared your floss picks from a year ago to ones I just bought this month and the floss is thinner and weaker, frays and breaks easily. Can’t even get through my whole mouth with a single one of these. You can see the difference in the floss in a photo too.

I have been buying these for years but have noticed that the floss has changed. It is now shreds like traditional floss. I purchased another bag thinking it was just a bad batch but the second bag did the same. So disappointing and will be switching brands 🤷🏼♀️

“New CleanTech floss” on bag…. These are TERRIBLE. They break and get stuck between the teeth. I had 2 break on my bottom teeth before I gave up and used string floss. My husband had 4 break before he gave up too. Ridiculous to use 6 floss sticks and then still have to use string floss anyways. (We’ve used this brand of floss sticks for years, not sure why they changed them to this!!)
