Q: The new design is awful! It no longer glides but feels like sandpaper between my teeth. They shred and break before I am done flossing. Can you please return to the old design? Unfortunately, I’ll be finding a different option for now.

Q: Does this product contain gluten? What are the ingredients of the flavoring and whatever is used to add the flavoring on the floss? (need to know for allergies, this really should be disclosed up front, it goes in the mouth!)

A: None of our flosses contain gluten. All of our flosses are made on designated lines so there is no chance of cross-contamination with gluten.

These new floss picks are worthless! With the original, I only needed to use one, but with this new material, I end up using four or more. I find bits of strands stuck between my teeth, and they break so easily. I would not recommend

New formula is less than great
I have sensory issues and I was so happy when I found these picks! It was the first time I was able to keep up a flossing routine, they were sturdy, comfortable to use and functional. BUT. Something changed in the formula and the last bag I ordered was a HUGE disappointment. Now the floss is squeaky and splits apart in between my teeth and is such a terrible experience that I'm finding myself avoiding flossing again. Oral B, please go back! The new formula is disgusting to use.

Poor quality
The quality of the glide flass has gone down. They used to be more sturdy bit now they shred apart easily and I have to use 2 picks per flossing session. Bring back the old quality, please.

Absolutely Useless
They fall apart. It takes at least two to get through your teeth. The way the fibers of the floss separate, it's not uncommon for them to get stuck in your teeth in a way that's uncomfortable and difficult to remove because if you try to clear it with another flosser, it may break too! Absolutely useless product. Whatever they changed absolutely ruined the product. Wish I had known before we bought two huge packs.

This product makes me feel like I have more stuff in between my teeth than less. They break, I use 3-4 for one session instead of one. They switched to some kind of fibrous material and they SUUUUUCK! I never, NEVER do a product review and these are so bad I just want to help change them. Also I can't give you input unless I register and am then owned by your agreement??? Get fluffed.

Terrible redesigning
The old ones were way better the new ones break to easily in the floss I pray I get though all of my teeth before it breaks but it’s not the floss that breaks it gets loose where it holds and falls out it’s super annoying
