Q: The new design is awful! It no longer glides but feels like sandpaper between my teeth. They shred and break before I am done flossing. Can you please return to the old design? Unfortunately, I’ll be finding a different option for now.

I’ve been buying this product for years, and was extremely satisfied, and as of recently the quality of the product has decreased with the new floss. The floss breaks easily, gets stuck, and is difficult to use when not having to use multiple because the floss keeps fraying, and, or breaking. Even the plastic seems more brittle and thinner. I’m still very satisfied with my other Oral-B/ Crest products, but will have to switch out my floss picks.

I have been using these floss picks twice a day for years and now I can't use them anymore! This formula change is awful, as someone with tightly spaced teeth your og picks were perfect - these new ones rip to shreds and get stuck and rip off the pick in between my teeth. If all your reviews recently are 1 star, maybe it's time to go back to making the og.

I loved these floss picks. I kept a bag in my purse, in my bathroom, in my desk, and in my car. But recently, the product has changed to “new clean tech floss.” Now the flossers no longer glide as easily and they fray easily, and they break quickly. I am currently on the market for a new product. I am so disappointed with the change.

Not only do the new Oral-B glide floss pics scope outlast break, but they actually break off and get stuck in between my teeth, requiring another floss pick or two to remove the first one. The prior version on a rare occasion would break, but never break off leaving a piece behind.

We have been using Oral B dental floss and floss picks for years, as well as our dentist. Recently the floss has changed. it does not appear to be the same stuff. At the dentist, my husband said that the hygienist observed that it was shredding on her, and that the dentist was going to have to change to something else. Around the same time, we began to notice that the floss picks we use are shredding easily also, they just aren't the same. If you have changed them, please change them back.
