Q: The new design is awful! It no longer glides but feels like sandpaper between my teeth. They shred and break before I am done flossing. Can you please return to the old design? Unfortunately, I’ll be finding a different option for now.

Q: Does this product contain gluten? What are the ingredients of the flavoring and whatever is used to add the flavoring on the floss? (need to know for allergies, this really should be disclosed up front, it goes in the mouth!)

A: None of our flosses contain gluten. All of our flosses are made on designated lines so there is no chance of cross-contamination with gluten.

Poor quality
The last bag I bought was terrible. The floss shreds right away and gets stuck between your teeth. I had to use regular floss to get out the shredded floss that was stuck between my teeth from these. At first, I thought it was just a bad batch but the next bag was the same. I’ve purchased these for over 5 years, but I won’t be buying them in the future. This company is definitely relying on its reputation to sell a subpar product now.

Flossing made easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my goodness- these are the best flossers I have ever used! I have dental implants, so it's really hard to get under them to get food out, usually salad. I love the design, because it's easy to grip, big enough to hold, but not too big for your mouth. It's long enough to reach the back of my mouth without struggling, or choking on them. Because of this design, it's easy to keep maintenance on my teeth. I also really like that that bag is resealable, helps from them spilling out.

Great flosser

They also don’t kill my gums when I use them other products on the market the floss is too thin and hurts my gums when I have used them. I will continue to buy these over and over again

My partner said they tore too easily in his teeth. So taking his thoughts into consideration is give 3.5 ⭐/5. Personally it would probably be 3.5/5 just because I prefer the tooth pick side to be obscured in unless needed like other brands have managed.

NEW does not equal IMPROVED
Our family has used Glide Floss Picks for years. Now we will be looking for another brand. Our last batch shred too easily. They don't "glide" at all. I'm afraid I'll pull off a crown trying to get them back out. Then we noticed the bags say "NEW". Time to bring back "CLASSIC" Glide Floss Picks. Not sure what you were trying to accomplish, but if your goal was to have your loyal customers flee to your competition, then you have succeeded.

Quality has dropped....drastically
These used to be the best on the market...until about a year ago when the changed the production. Now the floss comes unraveled and breaks before you finish. Horrible quality. Please review your production processes and go back to how they were made before.
