Q: The new design is awful! It no longer glides but feels like sandpaper between my teeth. They shred and break before I am done flossing. Can you please return to the old design? Unfortunately, I’ll be finding a different option for now.

These are the worst flossers. I have always loved Oral B flossers but I guess they are making them cheaper. They used to feel like a piece of flat flossing tape now they feel like a bunch of pieces of thin floss put together. They frey and are left between the teeth.

They changed and now these are the worst flossers. I have very tight teeth and now I need 2-3 to floss my teeth as they break and shred. If they shred the fibers get stuck between the teeth and it causes discomfort. For the price it's not worth it. I ended up switching brands today for a lower price with just as many and they do not break.

I used to love these. Now they break easily, and I often find the particles getting trapped in between my teeth. It is very uncomfortable. Half of the pack was unusable due to the breaking. I feel that I can no longer justify the price. What a shame!

I was a customer of these floss picks for many years. Unfortunately, as many other reviews indicate, the recent change in material has been disappointing. They constantly break, are really flimsy, and just feel plain cheap. Will be moving onto another brand until this is changed back. I see the customer care team is monitoring these reviews. I'd highly recommend you reverse the product to the original material, or you will be left with a fraction of your client base (for whatever fraction of margin that was saved while sacrificing quality).

I've been using Oral-B floss picks for years, but these are not the same quality. After a few teeth, the string starts separating and gets stuck in my teeth. I have to go behind it with regular floss to get the strings out!

As others have mentioned, they recently changed the material of the floss and it not shreds very easily and I have to use multiple picks in order to accomplish what I used to be able to with one. I hope they bring back the old floss, but for the time being I will need to find a new go to floss pick.
