  • A: Hello naturalmama - Greay question! The floss picks are made with petrochemical products. The handle and floss are both traditional petroleum derived polymers. The products are not made with nylon or polyester. The UHMWPE2 yarn fibers used within Perrigo floss and flossers were tested and no PFOA was detected. Testing targeted 65 various per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) (including PFOA, PFOS, PFCA, other PFAS and their salts and related substances) with no detections.
